The rooms were run down and the ceiling was peeling pretty bad in our rooms. Our door did not shut properly and we had to make sure it was shut when we left our room, as it liked to pop open. Rooms are very loud and you can hear everyone's conversations. Hallways were dirty. Upon checkout, the total for my stay was higher than I had booked. I asked why and the 2 front staff members, just looked at each other, didn't say anything and were typing something into the computer. The gentleman then asked to see my Expedia price. I thought this was odd....shouldn't they have that on their end? I showed him and he again, didn't say anything. He then handed me a printed receipt with the adjusted total. I asked why they had a higher price and he said "looks like you were getting charged all the taxes twice". Seemed very very off and odd, as I never experienced that ever before and we use Expedia for all our bookings. Make sure you check your totals at this property.

Beds weren’t comfortable and pillows were flat as soon as you put your head down even 2 pillows wasn’t much better.Went to get a luggage dolly when checking out at 6Am staff didn’t know where to find it and none in the lobby. It was clean but not many towels for 3 people and bathroom was really small.

Was not full would not honor vip with Expedia for up grade put us in room poolside was muggy and noisy.

The hotel was fine and the staff was friendly. The elevator however was not working which meant a climb to the fourth floor. In addition to that, the heater in my room didn't work. Maintenance came to fix it but the next day it was not working again.

We booked it for the pool, once we got there, we were informed that the pool was down for maintenance and it’s not like we booked very far in advance either.
Once we got into our rooms, the bathroom had pink mould around as well as the tile, black mould on the shower curtain and the shower head was full of lime scale. Didn’t look like it was cleaned.
