We booked non-smoking room, but they cannot provide the requested room type on the day of check-in. This is not acceptable for a star hotel. They should not accept booking if cannot provide.
Also when we have breakfast in the morning, this is first time no staff leading us the a table. They just asked for the room number and let us go in and find the table ourselves. We walk around and cannot find a suitable table and need to request staff the move the table eventally.

The staff are friendly but lack basic English communication for an international chain.
bed is comfortable and pillow options are available.
getting up to the room is a hassle, you need to go up to the 22nd floor and then change elevators to go back down to your room.
