The staff are very friendly and helpful at Beijing Hilton. Especially Serina and Bart, they helped me with printing at the middle of night when there was no printing shop open. I really appreciate that! The only thing I think can be improved is that I hope there is more authentic Chinese food for breakfast.

The staffs were quite friendly but have difficulties to talk to customers in English, somehow not reaching the expectation you have for international hotel. Hotel accommodation quite good but no thick mugs for making coffee provided. The room atmosphere is a bit old fashioned. I was given room at lower level, where the sound of them moving things at night in the event hall/seminar room can be heard loud and clear. The channel also lacks options for non-chinese speakers. They should have more non-news, local dramas/movies and children tv channel in English since they're expecting foreigners to stay with them

This is the worse 5 star we have stayed at, I really don’t understand how did they get the rating, fairly speaking, this is just a 3 and half star hotel in my honest opinion.
It took us nearly 2 hours to check in as it seems the hotel is fully booked.
The room is extremely cramped and badly maintained, when we took the shower, the water is leaking out of shower door and we have to put towers on the floor.
They do have air fresheners in the room but the room still smells for some reasons.
There are so many better hotels than Hilton Beijing, don’t come here.

I had an issue accessing internet from my work computer. The staff there was very proactive and helped me solve the problem. A young staff, Andy Wang was the one who came up to my room and tried different ways before eventually solving the problem. He was polite, efficient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him to be rewarded for outstanding service.

They charged us ¥100 for a borrowed umbrella which is just ridiculous…
We felt sorry that we lost one of the umbrella we borrowed from the front desk earlier in the day. And we were being honest so just told them.
And then one of the guy in the front desk immediately and rudely asked us to pay them ¥100 for the lost umbrella, which is REALLY pricy… However, the price is not most the ridiculous part, the MOST SUSPICIOUS part is the looks on other staffs’ faces when that guy came up with that price… their faces were all like ‘REALLY’… I found it fishy so I asked the guy if there is a written price of the umbrella anywhere. And he said ‘it actually should be ¥150, I give you a lower price already’……
Okay, we didn’t want to waste more time dealing with this, so we just paid. However, the whole thing was just SO SUSPICIOUS that I couldn’t help thinking about it…
Other than this pricy umbrella event, everything else was really good.
