You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Cash deposit: COP 200000 per accommodation, per stay
• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.

We have included all charges provided to us by the property.

To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their passport before arrival. Guests will receive an email 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival.
