Great Budget hotel near the airport. A little plane noise, thats to be expected when so close to the airport. Ample sized clean room and bathroom. Javier at reception was very helpfull, a world traveler himself. Many good dining options in this blue collar working class neighborhood.

They refused to allow me entry! Said they would not honor the booking! They were full!

A friend and I booked a few nights here for our trip to Bogota. We figured it would be a place to sleep, shower, and have breakfast, so it wasn't a big deal. We booked a room with two beds, but ended up with an odd 3-bed situation (which hadn't been cleaned under the beds and had a very weak, not-hot shower). The wi-fi was very spotty, and our room was right by several common areas (dining room, lobby, bathroom), so there was always noise. During our second day, my phone charger was not in the room when we returned. The young man who worked in the office said he would ask if the housekeeper put it somewhere, and if not, he would pay for a new one. He didn't seem to be too interested in getting it done quickly, and since my phone was dead and was serving as my camera, I had to go ahead and buy one on my own. Once we were out doing that, we decided to just go stay at another hotel. The employees were nice, the breakfast was good, just really put off by the missing phone charger situation.

Não tivemos estadia, quando chegamos no hotel ele estava fechado, tive que sair com a minha família para procurar outro hotel.

Nun, dass Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, dass bedeutet man hört die Küche arbeiten die direkt unter meinem Fenster war. Ohne Gehörschuts konnte ich nicht schlafen. Englischkenntnisse waren gar nicht vorhanden, was eine Kommunikation unmöglich macht. Trotzdem waren sie freundlich zu mir und ich verständigte mich mit Google Translate.

La zona no es muy bonita. El señor de recepción es super amable.

El hotel en general muy acogedor. El personal muy servicial y colaborador. Es una buena eleccion.

O proprietário do hotel é ótimo. Muito prestativo! Único ponto ruim é o barulho a partir das 6 da manhã.

Buen ambiente el que se vive en el hotel , excelente atencion y dispone de una buena hubicacion cerca del aeropuerto, ademas del administrador del hotel una excelente persona que hace que uno se sienta como en casa, espero volver pronto sin duda alguna me volveria a hospedar ahi

bruyant, employé qui écoute la musique a 7h15 am et qui chante, laveuse bruyante au dessus de la chambre jusqu'a 22h00. INternet instable. Plancher sale a mon arrivé. Paiement en argent seulement.douche et toilette communautaire, Douche dont la porte qui ne ferme pas et ne barre pas. Pas de chaise dans la chambre. pas de "ground" sur les prises de courant. Employés très polis et respectueux. Serviables! Patient avec les clients. Repas bon goût.

Hice la reserva y no apareció registrada , llegue a la 1:30 de la mañana con mi hija de 4 años y no me estaban esperando...casi me dejan afuera con frío con maletas con una niña pequeña y en una zona peligrosa...me cobraron la tarifa normal sin ningún descuento por más de que mostré el correo de confirmación. Muy mal.

Excelente servicio, excelente atención, excelente comida,la limpieza es excelente, el hotel tiene un ambiente muy familiar.

シャワーが水のみで寒い時期は大変だと思う。 住宅街にあり、自力ではわかりづらい場所にある。 朝に着いたが快く迎えてくれた。
