Hotel Egina Bogota

AMAZING

Es un buen hotel y un buen precio. Hay gente professional alla....no hay mucho ruido ni muchos niños. Los empleados son buenos, especialmente una muchacha se llama Nini en Recepcion!

Cute little hotel just a short walk to a nice mall named Unicentro. Tasty breakfast and a helpful, friendly staff, especially Nini at the front desk!

Great hotel as always

The hotel staff is welcoming, especially some of the cleaning crew and bellhops. The daytime employees are friendly but not very helpful or knowledgeable when you need support. They listen well but don’t offer solutions or choices. They appear young and inexperienced, except for their manager. The night staff is less friendly and not as accessible. One cleaning lady was sometimes rude, but the rest were nice. The bellhops are excellent, and the restaurant staff is outstanding. The restaurant has limited hours, and breakfast is average, but considering the room price, it’s a nice addition and sufficient for many. They often have a selection of pastries and fruit, and eggs can be cooked to your preference. The coffee is strong and delightful. During one of my stays, I found a stained sheet while changing rooms, and I have stayed here multiple times in different rooms. In some rooms, especially those facing the street, the windows don’t close properly, allowing a lot of noise and cold air at night. The walls are thin, so you can hear the guests next door, and the staff doesn’t provide much assistance with this problem, especially at night. I wouldn’t rate this hotel as a 4-star; it feels more like a 3.5. The building is in a great location and is well-kept. The lobby and atrium have beautiful architecture with a European vibe. The prices are always reasonable. For a long stay or a one-night visit, it could be a good choice for many travelers.

We stayed for 6 days and will definitely go back. The beds were comfortable and shower heads were modern with great water pressure. Breakfast is buffet style, but you can ask for your eggs any style. We asked for an inside room since we like to sleep with the windows open, which could be rather noisy. Staff acco

I highly recommend this Hotel, is clean, quiet, friendly staff who are available at all times. The Hotel offers good breakfast every morning and staff at the cafeteria are amazing, let me tell you their names, Amauri Burgos Ángela Salgado and lastly, the lady that cleaned the rooms that our family stayed, she did an excellent job, I forgot to get her name. Front desk staff were great, friendly, polite and respectful including the bellboys. We arrived October 24, 2024 and left on a trip the next day, we left most of our luggage at this hotel and on our return, the Hotel took care of our belongings without any issues, I feel that this place is very dedicated and loyal to their guests, I witnessed and lady supervising the rooms right after the staff finished cleaning them, you can walk barefoot without getting your feet dirty. In general, I was very impressed and want to congratulate and thank all the staff at Egina Hotel for the great work, and for having such great staff and for the great training. And lastly, the area where Egina Hotel is located, is safe, close to shops, restaurants, pharmacies ETC. ETC. Highly, Highly recommended.

I've been to this hotel for the last 2 years. Still a very good option.

They robbed me in my room, I kindly asked the hotel manager to check the cameras and they told me that they were going to respond to me by email, they never did, they talk about the client saying that they are going to solve the complaint, how helpless it is to deal with this guy of people, what insecurity and what cynicism of all the people who work, how they deceive the client, I hope this comment helps people NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BECAUSE THEY STEAL FROM THEIR ROOMS

Nice hotel

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. In a great location. Safe and so close to unicentral mall. For the price a great opton.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It's in a great, quiet, area, next to a nice mall. Very safe area as well. Great Customer Service and a tasty breakfast! I have stayed here probably 20 times over the past 10 to 15 years.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The neighborhood is safe and convenient. I could sleep comfortably.

The hotel is very nice, clean, nice staff, awesome location and delicious breakfast. My suggestion: Some shower towels could be replaced because they look really old.
