All was great.
My only remark, which I have already informed the hotel about, is the smell from cooking eggs inside the restaurant which sticks to your clothes. I can't imagine going to a meeting after having breakfast with this smell.

Great place to stay. Convenient in New Cairo. Safe with great amenities. Pool area is great with an outdoor bar, heated all year around. Greet gym and restaurants. Staff is accommodating with driver requests, airport pickups etc… great clean, modern rooms. Awesome stay.

My stay at the Renaissance Cairo Mirage City Hotel was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed with stylish interiors and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, equipped with all the amenities I needed and a very comfortable bed. I loved the large windows, which let in plenty of natural light and offered a beautiful view of the city.
The standout feature of this hotel is the exceptional staff. Every team member I interacted with was attentive, friendly, and eager to help. Whether it was recommendations for local attractions, arranging transportation, or any small request, they handled it with efficiency and a positive attitude. Their commitment to excellent service made the stay even more enjoyable.
The breakfast was another highlight, with a fantastic spread of fresh and delicious options to suit any taste. The pool area provided a perfect place to unwind after sightseeing, with comfortable loungers and attentive service.
Located in New Cairo, this hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. It’s close to major attractions and business districts, yet offers a quieter and more relaxed environment.

I had a wonderful seven-day stay. Everything from pick-up at the airport to drop-off and in between was perfect. They ensured that all was well and that you were comfortable. Hisham (the navigator), Hager (the breakfast hostess), and Mariam were always awesome and helpful in the breakfast room. Overall, the staff was friendly. One area they could improve is their housekeeping—they always tend (almost every day) to forget something or other, and you have to call to get it.

I really enjoyed my stay here and the hotel staff were extremely helpful with helping organise my stay and trips outside the hotel.
There is a Chinese and Mediterranean restaurant both of which were excellent.
