Check in and check out were no problems. Followed the instructions that were sent to email on the day of registration.
Location - the center is 10 minutes walk away, paid parking is 3 minutes away 20 pounds per day, free on Sunday. Communication - I used email, the answer was immediate.
Of the minuses, do not forget to make a deposit (it is clear why).

Booked this place with some trepidation due to the negative reviews but was the cheapest and most conveniently located.
Check-in process was a bit fiddly but the online live chat staff was responsive and helpful, even sent a follow up text message to check if everything went smoothly.
Room was as described and clean, everything worked (although bathroom sink was a bit blocked and TV signal was poor, but nothing major). Cleaning staff always pleasant and polite. Kitchen is quite well-equipped. Enjoyed meeting and socialising with other travellers in the kitchen/living room area.
Overall pleasantly surprised and would recommend for a short budget stay.

The apartment is really clean and comfortable.
Checkin was however a bit difficult. There are a few steps you need to take online before you reach the apartment. Better to do these a day before you arrive.

I was assigned a number that wasn't reflected on the main blue door, and it took a while to figure it out also considering it was a late check in. Thanks to a couple of students in house and customer service emergency who finally rang back.
while the bed and pillows were super comfortable and AC was working, the rest of the amenities were not as great. fridge shelves kept falling, bathroom sink blocked, i couldnt get hot water later in the night, none of windows opened except the toilet one, the heating element is very hot and i kept touching it with my elbow accidentally. living area blind string was broken and neither the window nor blinds could open. floor wasn't very clean, and exterior was worse.
suggestion: include a full-length mirror and bedside lamp. for gb137 per night i definitely deserved better, had to check out a day early due to the sink and cold shower situation.

Would have expected a little better given the price. Good location and service. Mattress was shocking. Window did not fully close. Noise in room was loud due to buildings boiler location. Finish in room was poor. Travel lodge up the road is comparable in price, and at least the finish there is good. Shower worked; redeeming feature.
Overall, would only return if no other accommodation options.

The welcome was very warm and accommodating. The tour around the facilities was also great. But on getting to my room nr2 it seemed it hadn't been dusted in weeks the TV remote was covered in dust as was the bed rail and desk. The sheets were clean but not fresh. The carpet is horribly stained. I only notice these thing more seriously as I am in the hospitality business as well and if guests are paying for something they at least want it to be clean.

1. instruction is not clear. key safe refers to room 11, but the room is actually 3B and located in the back of property.
2. bath room corner on the floor is black mouldy.
3. room doesn't have radiator only provide air conditioner. the whole night is cold.

The room, facing a busy thoroughfare, was baking hot and besides a tiny fan heater with a cool setting, which was useless, it was impossible to sleep the traffic noise meant I had to close the window. Also the right curtain had lost most of its hooks, rendering it almost impossible to fully close, requiring me to stand on the desk and take the one remaining hook, and attach it to the left curtain. The curtain rail and hooks were very cheap so it isn't surprising that they are broken. However, the room was sparkling clean, the location good and I liked the addition of a kitchen that guests could use.
An improved version of the email where directions into the property are highlighted would have saved me having to call.

The property was very clean and the rooms comfortable. There is no front desk making it a bit tacky for guests to gain access upon arrival and any information.
The payment requirement information on the Expedia site was different from that of the property managers which exposed me to requests for payment from unconfirmed sources.
