For a London first timer this was the perfect spot

I asked at checkin for my room to be fully cleaned daily for 3 nights due to my skin condition and this was ignored. When I asked for this initially at checkout, I was asked and the receptionist asked multiple times if I was sure and made the situation very awkward. The room was ok but slightly dusty

I loved the convenience of how close this hotel was to everything. Staff were very kind and gave us suggestions for the area. I would book this hotel again!

The room was spacious. The staff were very accommodating. Even though we arrived at 6am our room was ready, which was fantastic after a 17 hour flight.

This hotel is modern, clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was with the heat in our room. We stayed there from December 26th to January 1st. The system did not generate sufficient heat. The staff tried to rectify the problem but could not. We had to request a portable heater for our room. With the portable heater we were finally able to bring the room to a comfortable temperature. From discussions with the staff, this seems to be a common complaint for this hotel. The shelf space in the bathroom was insufficient for my wife and myself. We were in room 374 - this situation may be different in other rooms. Location - in terms of walking distance - The hotel is about two minutes from the Aldgate underground station. Warning - Aldgate has no elevators or escalators to the platform. You must be able to walk down / up two flights of stairs when entering / leaving. The hotel is about two minutes walking distance from a Sainsbury's store. The hotel is about 7 to 10 minutes from the Tower of London. It would take about the same amount of time to the Tower Bridge.

The property management team was excellent they made sure that any request or inconvenience we had was quicky dealt with. The hotel was also conveniently walking distance of a few iconic tourist locations.

The hotel it was really close to the train station even they are checking in time it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon. We got our room really early about 11 o’clock in the morning the buffet breakfast it was really nice. It is worth to get it . The staff it was very, very friendly and helpful. Definitely I will stay again at

The hotel is a great spot for tourists. You’re right next to the Aldgate underground stop and Tower Bridge is just a few blocks away as well. Everything was very clean and comfortable. There’s also a rooftop bar with great service.
