Great little hotel. Perfectly situated for my visit (came to see a show at the BBC). Check in was easy. The reception has someone there for some hours during the day but you’re given a door code for outside those hours. 5 mins walk from Russell Square tube station.

We had a very comfortable stay at this centrally located hotel, several minutes walk to the nearest Tube station.
We arrived at 1:15pm and our room was ready. Having already checked in online, we just left our bags in the room and headed back out.
Room was warm, comfortable and check out was as simple as leaving the room key in our room. Would recommend this property.

It was brilliant. A bit noisy but only early on. Bed very clean and comfortable. Coffee machine great. Shower great. Basic but with good essentials for a sightseeing trip

Hotel was in a convenient location for our theatre trip which made life easy. The advance check in and accompanying instructions on gaining entry to the hotel outside of reception hours were very helpful, and once we'd manoeuvred around the enormous front door, all went well. The room was a good size with a good supply of tea and coffee, the only slight let down was one of the windows wouldn't close fully which meant the street noise was slightly invasive at times. Overall though it was a positive experience and i would stay there again with no hesitation.

The room was extremely basic, which is fine for me when I'm down in London for work. But it had a terrible smell of drains, which seemed to be coming from the shower. The shower itself was little more than a dribble of water. Not somewhere I'd stay again

Great location and shower but thats it unfortunately. The room is dusty, floors sticky and bedding not clean. There sre stains on the pillows and we had a burnt duvet. There was no bedding provided for the sofa bed and their was hairs and dirt all over the sofa bed matress. Tea and coffee facilities were also poor, not refilled after the last stay. Window sills and curtains need a good steam clean. No staff available after 5pm although they were friendly at check in. Fortunately we were only staying for 1 night. Nothing like the photos online!

As a seasoned traveller I fell for the pictures on the website when booking !! What an absolute disappointment of a property, put in the basement room which wouldn’t have looked out of place in a horror scene.
Dim lighting , awful second hand bedding, lumpy second hand mattress, bathroom slide door wouldn’t budge , rusty holder for shampoo and shower gel .What a depressing place .The photos I have uploaded do not tell the story .

We were sleeping at B1 bedroom. cos the room were basement room.we were hear underground the train running all the time. Couldn't sleep well every night.
I will never rent this B1 basement room again.
I understand the hotel couldn't do anything to made B1 better. cos the room is too closed with the underground.
I may try to stay again if sleep in upstairs bedroom.
The location is near by
underground and train station. Easy to going anywhere.
A lot of good restaurants around.

For the price it was excellent. Lovely Nespresso coffee machine and comfy bed. Perfect location. 8 mins walk from Euston and 2 min walk to tube. Safe area if travelling alone. It's not the Savoy but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Lovely bright room.

I had a query about leaving our luggage, as the website said you can leave luggage during reception hours. However, check out is 10am and reception doesn't open until 11am. I phoned twice, left text and WhatsApp messagea and nobody ever got back to me!

Just not worth the money — there are better, CLEANER, more secure options. The peep hole in the door was punched out and at loo roll stuck through to block it. Door lock didn’t really feel like it would keep out a strong knock. Shower didn’t drain. Only plus is that someone answered the phone when I rang up at 9pm needing the code to get in.

Good location. For london the room was a good size. On top floor which meant we could leave windows open as so hot. Place a little dated but clean. Nice to have fridge & tea marking facilities. Bed base ripped & in poor condition.

The only good thing about this hotel was that we were in a good location. The service here was terrible. Our key suddenly stopped working, which meant we couldn’t get into our room or even the hotel. We tried called them, but they didn’t answer. I even had the hotel next door, the shop next door, and my dad call them. They finally answered an hour later but were super rude to us. Don’t bother calling the number for emergency because they won’t answer you. The room was filthy, it was like nobody cleaned it. There was hair everywhere and the smell was puke inducing. This was a horrible choice, we are never stepping a foot near here ever again.
