Our room was great for a family of 4,a double and 2 singles. Basic shower room but excellent for the price especially given the location. Take a bit of time to explore locally for food etc

The room was super small, me and my friend didn’t feel very safe, the shower leaked and the whole bathroom floor was soaked so we had to use one of our 2 towels on the floor - meaning we had to share a towel, the shower curtain had mould around the bottom of it, there were stain all over the walls. Behind that, it was a good nights sleep, somewhere to crash after a work do as we couldn’t get home, would’ve appreciated a duvet and not just a sheet and a blanket. The whole experience/ stay was such a laugh because you honestly just have to laugh it off but I can’t stay we would stay again.

Cold room. Oil radiator did not work. Very poor shared bathroom - hardly any water pressure and shabby.

We booked the triple room with private bathroom. The room was down in the basement, which was reached by a series of narrow, rickety stairs and uneven floors. All doors were very dirty. Room was small with beds in odd positions. Nowhere to put or hang clothes, no bedside cabinets or lamps. Just one dim ceiling light with exposed wiring and a dirty lampshade. The kettle looked grubby (we didnt risk using it). There was paint/ plaster peeling off the walls and the whole room smelt very damp. The bathroom was tiny. You couldn't stand up from the toilet without either opening the bathroom door or falling down the lip into the miniscule shower area. The whole bathroom was smaller than a caravan shower room. You could laso hear the underground trains rumbling all night. The room cost £123 for the night. Ok, thats a good price for central london but i would at least expect basic, clean amenities. Would definitely NOT recommend.

Good location but poor property features

The hotel served its purpose but the room had no toilet or shower so should have been at least half the price

Basic facilities in a small room. The bed was tired and needed a new mattress. Hot water I’m the shower but not the sink. An electric heater was provided and was needed as it got cold at night

Location for our trip was good the hotel staff was friendly we were in a room at the top floor accessed by thin steep stairwell The shower/toilet pod had a big step to access and the hot tap in the sink did not work

It is a very shabby property. The room has two very small beds, not even twin size. The bathroom is a shared one located on a different floor. Very poorly equipped bathroom with a shabby shower. Water flow is weak, and the temperature can stay. It gets too hot or too cold. The guy who received us is awfully rude. This hotel is worse than a hostel room. The only thing good is the location, 5 min walk from metro station and 8 min walk to King's Cross train station. It was a very bad choice I made.

Comfortable and well connected place.

Ideal location and budget-friendly option. Walls a bit too thin and bed a bit too uncomfortable (although that could be personal preference!)

Pretty mediocre hotel. Arrived at the hotel and greeted by the receptionist who seemed to be sleeping in the office. Bathroom is shared, small and unclean. Bedroom was ok, functional, but needs decoration. Cost was ok.

The receptionist was in a tiny room with a hatch window which was shut after I checked in. Given the key with no instructions on night time lock up. Room was supposed to be a double. A joke as double bed was up against the wall under the window so curtains was wedged between bed and wall. Window not possible to shut so drafts. Room was cold with no extra bedding available. I had to put my coat over the bed. Mattress bouncey. There was no wardrobe only a few hangers over the shelf where the kettle was. Bathroom was a tiny box. I am 161cm and 52kg. And found it with hardly any room to manoeuvre and shower curtain right up to the toilet The room door was ill fitting that let in light from hallway. And draughty too. The look didn’t have any security locks. I can’t imagine how two people could be comfortable in there. I wasn’t. No phone available to reception for any emergency

It was sufficient. Small room, barely any room to move around. Only chose it because of convenience to both Euston and St Pancras train stations. Lots of restaurants around the area. Clean but not spotless. Staff was helpful and kind.

The property was the rudest human alive. I walked in and daid i was here to check in. He actually called me crazy. And kicked me out until it was time to check in. He was refusing my card payment and wanted cash only. Telling me the rooms i booked were not available anymore. 30 mins of trying to hussle me i finally got into my room. The room was SMALL, COVERED IN MOLD. The bathroom was not even big enougj for a shower there was no shower curtain..... i could write a novel of why to never stay.

Terrible. Rooms were nothing like advertised in pictures - tiny, basic. Room was not cleaned on second day, but somebody came into room and stole money and bank cards from my sons wallet, and my daughters jewelry. We moved out after staying only one night. Would like a refund.

Do not stay here, it is a dump. The worst hotel I have ever been in, the staff were rude and unhelpful. We never stayed because of the condition of the room. Really surprised this was allowed on Expedia.

Fantastic little hotel with a great location. Easily walkable to transit stations in a nice neighborhood
