Definitely has the best reviews for the area/price range. Pros: the staff were amazing! Super friendly and helpful! Also being able to set the heating to whatever you wanted in the room. Cons: I felt it was good but on the surface. There was many times I noticed dirt in the room and the corridors, stained carpet in the room, and a badly draining sink. All things that a cleaner with a good eye should be able to spot and sort easily. The surfaces were clean and the bedding was clean - fine for one night. One reason I did book this hotel was on the feature of included breakfast but this was very mediocre, yes hot (warm ish) and cold (basic) items. I would recommend getting a cheaper rate and breakfast elsewhere.

Room was a nice good size, with most things you might need. I got woken up a few times by doors shutting etc. Breakfast was a bit basic, and coffee was awful.

Great stay while we when to the AO Arena

Breakfast was slow . Not organised and dirty plates and left . Waiting time for food items . Bed sheets full of holes and not changed

City break stay to visit the xmas markets and a gig at the AO. The hotel was well located and a 10-15 min walk to the main area. Would definitely stay again.

Booked this hotel due to its closeness to the AO Arena, we were able to check in early 2.20pm, lovely friendly service, nothing was too much trouble. We were able too get drinks on our return after the event at the Arena and breakfast was fresh and plenty to choose from. Easily walkable distance from the train station and very close to shopping, restaurants and bars. Definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone if they have an event at the AO Arena.

Brilliant location, quiet at night and a walkable distance into town. Lovely bedrooms and large bathroom.

It was OK. Door didn’t work on the room door and therefore had to go up and down to the lobby twice and wait for it to be fixed for 10 minutes. Room was quite grubby. Stains on chairs and carpets. Breakfast was very basic but it was complimentary. Wouldn't stay again. For the price, the room was poor.
