Great nights stay the room was clean and the staff were very friendly

Honestly we had such an amazing time. The staff downstairs were absolutely incredible; special mention to Liam for arranging the football match screening 😊 My only wish for the next visit; is for the room heating to be fixed quicker, our room was really cold and we had to call and even come down in person several times to finally get someone upstairs. I also wished someone had responded to my message on the app. Nonetheless, my family and I had a great time and we will be definitely revisiting ☺️

We stayed for a night to attend a family funeral so were unfamiliar with the area. The hotel was excellent. Modern, clean, food was excellent, great service and the rooms and facilities top notch. We really appreciated the black out curtains too. We only want to stay in Holiday Inns going forward, they can’t be beat!

A gloomy, inconveniently arranged room. Annoying placement of electricity outlets and light switches in the room meant nothing was where you needed it. The lights were so dim in both the bathroom and the bedroom, I ended up using my phone flash light to put make up on.

Brilliant stay, best holiday inn we have stayed in. Had everything you needed plus extra little touches. Will definitely be coming back here!

Decent sized room, great bathroom, very clean. I would recommend asking for a room away from the lifts or above the kitchen. We were in room 117 opposite the lifts. They ping every time someone comes or goes and people are coming and going till 2 am. Also being above the kitchen, you have constant extractor fan noise. I booked the hotel because it had parking, and was surprised to find you had to pay on arrival. I probably missed the very small print saying this. It was £10 overnight. We ate in the restaurant as we arrived late, basic burgers/pasta/pizza. We all had burgers which were very well done, bordering on the burnt side. Would I stay here again? Yes, I probably would, but I would probably also look for a hotel slightly further out that has free parking. Would I eat in the restaurant again? Probably not. Overall an okay stay, nothing special but nothing to put me off coming back again if the price was right.

Good quality hotel within easy walking distance of Nottingham city centre and all it has to offer.

One of the best Holiday Inns I have ever stayed in. Room excellent, breakfast with a great selection and friendly staff.

Hotel in a great location for where we were going, lovely room very clean and comfy bed. We were woken at 5am by a door being slammed, then continually for the next few hours with doors slamming. Housekeeping were very loud in the corridor, even though we had a do not disturb sign on our door.

Room was lovely and clean, comfortable beds and staff very pleasant and helpful. The meals were varied of you chose to eat and the breakfast has an extensive menu to suit all tastes and dietry requirements we were impressed with the choice. The only negative was that the rooms overlooked the bins etc
