Really friendly and helpful staff, receiptionisy went out of his way to set up a cot for us and the food was delicious, second time staying wish we could of stayed longer :)

Stayed in a wonderful disabled room. Excellent bathroom facilities with roll in shower. One of the best we’ve stayed in for disabled access. Buffet breakfast out of this world. Feels much more quality than premier inn would defo stay again if cruising from Southampton again.

Good reception service and breakfast
Extremely cold in the room 17° and didn't warm up over night. I woke up because it was too cold. We were put in a connected room and on the other side was a family with a baby and kept us up all night as well. Neither my 8 year old couldn't sleep because of the screaming.
If they knew are going to be a family with a baby, shouldn't put them in connected rooms because the walls are not sound proof

The room should have never been let . I turned on the shower and the room flooded it had nowhere for the water to go. I told the Chamber Maid who was in the corridor she knew the room flooded and offered me Towels to put down. My Slippers are ruined as they got wet. On reporting it to Reception they said they knew nothing about it.

Absolutely awful experience. Booked a room for the wrong date. Called and asked reception to amend date and they refused. Had to book and pay for a second room after been stranded at airport due to cancelled flight. Will never use them again.

A child was running around the room anove at 2.am in the morning. People in adjoing room having a conference meeting at 2.00am in the morning. And then for some reason I receive a penalty parking notice for no reason I was a guest staying at Ihg. This was sorted but should not have happened. I need an apology.

Had a nice relaxing few days here. Hotel was busy with lots of families and had to book swimming and breakfast time slots which was fine and ensured it wasn't overcrowded.
