Ample parking, Great bar, large bed room (Rm11). Pool, steam room, Sauna all great and up to standard. No complaints, we shall visit again another day.

Check in was quite quick and the lady was polite and welcoming. The massage was also good as I came out feeling relaxed. The restaurant staff we felt needs improvement; we’ve advised one of the staff that we have moved table and was waiting for our hot drinks but never came so my friend had to asked and brought our pots of coffee to our table herself! We were served with nibble’s without a plate and had to asked for it. Little things can make a big difference! Overall, we’ve enjoyed our stay - thank you.

We had a lovely stay - great welcome and our room was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Dinner was delicious and the breakfast one of the best. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

The hotel has lots of character and is small enough to have that personal touch. Rooms are spacious with cosy beds and a spa bath. Bar is a nice place to unwind with a drink. Spa and treatments were very reasonably priced. Breakfast was a slight disappointment due to dirty plates and cutlery. Overall it was a great value for money experience and we will certainly be returning.

Beautifully appointed property. We had a lovely room in a quiet area on the ground floor. The staff in all areas of service were excellent. Polite and helpful. The spa is lovely. There was an obvious lack of basic toiletries in the rooms. Eg no bossy cream or shower cap. The massage was great but no water offered post treatment. And in 2025 electric car chargers should be installed for such a good quality hotel. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay

First time in hotel was excellent stay staff was so friendly and helpful went above and beyond I lost my room key twice haha and Rebecca from reception helped me out and just smiled and not a problem am definitely coming back to stay there again 👍 owners are lucky to have a great team there thanks jay Liverpool

Had a amazing stay only let down by lamb at dinner tough as old boots couldn’t eat any off it ask for it to be taken off bill restaurant manager thought she was do market deal send waiter to tell me she will give me 50 % because I Eaton al the veg lol

Lovely hotel with easy parking in attractive, well-kept grounds. Polite and helpful staff. Very spacious and comfortable room with plenty of quality coffee and tea supplied. Good breakfast buffet and tasty light meals available at lunch time. Pleasant swimming pool, although the water was rather cold and there's an extra charge for bath robes. Some parts of the dining area are poorly lit in the evenings and seats in the bar area can be reserved without any start time - we noticed a bar sofa where we would have liked to sit empty for 2 hours with a 'reserved' notice on it. No-one had come by the time we left.

Good stay - on the Saturday the breakfast service was extremely slow probably due to not enough staff as there were considerably more on Sunday and Monday.
Otherwise meals were good.
