The quality of the Hotel was absolute amazing... Once I found it!
I assumed that the hotel was attached to the car park but… I was wrong. Took me a whole 20 mins and asking someone to point me in the direction of the reception.
It really wasn't obvious. But once In, absolute superb!
Also, to basically save half the price of the parking, there's a pub;ic parking opposite the hotel, recommend using that as its £9.20 for 24 hours.

Fabulous stay for my daughters 25th Birthday. Marie on reception was very efficient and friendly. Will definitely stay here again in future.

Restful night at the hotel. I wouldn’t say the rooms have the wow factor but they are certainly comfortable and spacious. The toiletries in the bathroom were excellent.
I was particularly impressed with the reception area. It is stunning. The Xmas tree and decorations in the lobby were a nice touch.

Lovely hotel, staff lovely, however we paid for executive twin room and it’s far from executive, basically just basic, shampoo dispenser off the wall lots of dust in the window, we used the car park which is massively over priced, would I stay here again ?

The hotel itself, is fine and looks the part. Checking in was a pleasure and staff attentive. Had a business meetingbwith a colleague, I think £13 for 2 teas was a bit excessive.
The rooms were as you would expect, clean and nice decor, although no USB points.
Bes was comfy but one of the worst night sleeps as the air con was constantly on and too loud. Complained about it in the morning, but no follow up action from the hotel staff. Spoilt a reasonable stay.

The stay was good. Comfy rooms and bed. Only issue was that the breakfast was cold. Breakfast was open at 7am but food was out 1 hour before. For £18 you would expect better

Very nice hotel with a relaxing bar that carried a great atmosphere. The hotel itself was only a short walk from the metro station so made it quite easy for us to get into the city centre.

Lovely hotel but few things let the room down. Key holder to make the lights work was hanging off the wall. There was a large stain on the carpet and the TV remote only worked intermittently
