We had an amazing long weekend. The staff were lovely and the food was amazing. The hotel has a lot of history but is well looked after. I'd recommend it very highly.

Very enjoyable 3 night stay in a fabulous Hotel....All the staff were Super friendly...Accommodation was clean & tidy....Would Highly recommend staying here....as we Will be back....

Super hotel which is very convenient for town centre and river Thames. Excellent shops ranging from large department stores, upmarket specialty shops to budget high street names. Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and towelling gowns provided. An excellent fresh cooked breakfast providing very good choice of options plus good self serve buffet. Easy secure self serve parking to boot. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Service was great. We were greeted cheerfully when we checked in. The front desk ordered a large cab for us as we had 4 passengers and a large suitcase per person. The White Hart even had the breakfast buffet opened for us. We very much like the charm of the hotel and rooms. I would stay at this hotel again.

Our welcome to the hotel was warm and friendly. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I picked this hotel due to its nearness to Hampton Court Palace.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, well stocked and attractive. The bar area was warm and inviting and the breakfast freshly cooked and tasty. It was well placed for both train and bus travel.

Staff feel like old friends! Restaurant has amazing food on nights you don’t feel like getting out.
I would say that if you’re going into London, learn the trains. Not hard but it takes getting used to.
All in all, we had a wonderful stay.

Very comfortable old English hotel with all the conveniences. Good location. The food and drinks were delicious and we also enjoyed drinks in the outside patio. Each staff member we met was polite and helpful. A very enjoyable stay.
