Nice accommodation, breakfast buffet was the best! . Pros : breakfast buffet is so good! One of my top highlights. Air con in my room. Cons : outlet plugs didn't work in my room. Walking distance from my room to the pool/restaurant was quite a walk and tiering. Boat ride to & from the hotel to my car was exhausting especially coming home from a night out, had to wait a while for the boat to pick us up. Would've loved to park up & go straight to my room without the extra wait & boat travel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Wish we could swim till midnight as night time feels like the best time to be inth pool without the hot sun beaming. Vinaka Double Tree.

I am with place. However, i have ecperianced difficulties with the booking agent expedia. The banglo was advertised as ocean view but the ocean view is restricted. Also, confusion regarding the package whether yhe breakfast was included.

The Doubletree is in a unique, private location which reflects the Pacific Island with its thatched roofs and steps away from the sea.

I loved the property, it was comfortable and clean without being luxurious. The breakfast was fantastic but I only tried one evenings buffet and it was lovely. The beachside tevu restaurant was excellent and I loved the room service. The staff were all wonderful and I would definitely be back!

Quiet, good gym, tasty food, exceptional staff!

As a couple who simply wanted a place to relax, DoubleTree was excellent. Tavu grill restaurant had the dinners we wanted - seafood. Vulani restaurant provided breakfast and lunch for various taste buds. The pool bar had deals such as 5 for the price of 4 = fjd $40 so that's not outrageous. Staff were simply superb. The bungalow overlooking the ocean is perfect for us. Only coffee/tea facility in the bure. Huge room. We will be back to this tranquil resort.

Beautiful backdrop and pool. Old rooms with non-working facilities. Below average food that is overpriced. Kids club was only 4 hours a day and poorly run.

This property is looking dated, tired & neglected in places. The team is lovely but stretched. NYE stop-over was disappointing with main dining venue beyond capacity to accommodate all guests & the only 1 other location under-resourced. New arrivals queuing at main venue at 8pm with little children only to be informed of 2 hour wait for possible tables.

The staff were great. But the food at 1 of the restaurants was below average. It was expensive and awful. Also the transfer i ordered to take us to the airport left at 6.15am for a 30 min drive and we didnt need to be there until 8.15. So we didnt get to have our breakfast ( which had been paid in advance) when I said to the girl its too early she just dismissed me and moved on to another customer..

We really enjoyed our stay at Double Tree in November 2024. Everyone was so friendly and kind. Kids enjoyed a kids club with crab hunting, boat making, shell painting and other activities. Swimming pool with a swim-in bar was a hit! Long open hours allowed us to swim there multiple times during a day. Lots of free activities offered on site, basket weaving, coconut tree climbing, wood carving, evening shows and many more. Restaurants were really good, seafood and meat buffets were so amazing! Kids meals were also really nice. Sunset boat river tour was one of the most memorable events, highly recommend it. Breakfast buffet was outstanding! So many different options for every taste. Lovely place, we will definitely come back!

Awesome property, a bit far but we had the hire car so dint matter much. We enjoyed living in this property

No clean sheets; broken spa button, not much veg options, staff over worked and not paid well, no water in the dining package

Food was below average! Expected more from hilton

Average stay at best. Unfortunately, our first impression was hard to come back from, being told we were “downgraded” at check-in, which was at 8pm after travelling all day. A note and a bottle of wine was sent to us in response, however, first impression have a lasting effect. I do want to highlight there were a few positives that made an impact. Dinner at Tavu is highly recommended. Service was exceptional. La & Maggie (they deserve a promotion) are truly wonderful and made our dinners each night memorable and delicious. The rest of the staff were all courteous and polite. They continuously checked in with us during our stay. To give this resort the benefit of the doubt, it’s definitely more a 3 star stay. Do not expect a 4 star resort, although prices reflect otherwise… We did not swim in the pool as it was taken over by kids. We do not have children, therefore chose to opt out of swimming. The buffet was not hygienic and the food was far from ideal. Again, maybe suitable for children or people who expect a basic buffet and menu option. Drinks also quite lacklustre I.e., champagne had no bubbles etc. If you choose to stay here, keep it short and sweet and plan to travel outside the resort for food and activities. The staff did the best they could with their resources. Hilton needs to put some money back into this resort if they expect repeat visitors as we likely will not come back as 4/5 star resorts are similar cost and noticeably a step or two above.

Nice resort. The food was ok and prices a big high. Lots of nature so expect seeing frogs and mozies around at night.

Was an ok service.

A beautiful resort and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast each morning was amazing, with alot of variety, never got tired of it. Enjoyed playing tennis and taking a stroll around the resort. A shame about the weather with so much rain but was expected as is the wet season. The only let down was probably the long wait for food being served after ordering but we soon worked out to order in advance, like an hour before. Also dont rely on the buggy getting you around the resort as can be a wait with multiple people wanting to use it. Definitely a nice spot to holiday but highly recommend hiring a car to get to places as quite remote.

Beautiful

During our stay the staff got to know us and they were awesome and always friendly. The food we were served was fine but the menu was very limited. Our room was infested with ants and we went home covered in bites. The air con in our room was so noisy as well as thew fans. Made it harder to sleep.

Staff extremely friendly and welcoming. Very private and peaceful. “Beachfront “ was disappointing since on rock wall where dirty river water goes through. Room very dark and needs more lighting and another chair. Balcony had 2 chairs but also needed small table. Food service in restaurant well-meant but sort of chaotic. Food Ok but not special. Having said all that the wonderful staff made up for most everything.
