This hotel is great. The only negative aspect is there is no regulator for the water temperature in the showers. So you have to be ready for hot and cool water.
The best breakfast so far in 6 weeks travel.

Location, location. The hotel is very close to everything including Old Town, famous beach, excellent restaurants and safe for night walking. Specially, the front receptionists were so kind. I enjoyed very much.

Everyone was pleasant. A little tough to get to as it is a secured street. Had to find a parking space, Then walk to hotel, get the acces code to drive down the street. Walk back to the car put in the code finally reach the hotel garage.

The breakfast was very good.It was extensive and plenteous. The first room we got was a bad Well then, they changed it to a different room, which was no better.The second room had a step up to the toilet and step up to the sink which was in a different room and that made it very difficult at night. The cleaning solution that used in the room was too perfumed and they had to bring in a special machine to clean the smell out so that we can breathe.

This is my second stay in Nice. Same hotel, but this time was different. Kudos to Yahya who gave me an excellent customer service during our stay.
I called the front desk to complain about the rude guest staying in the room above us. At 1am in the morning, whatever he/ she was doing was walking around with heavy footsteps, dragging furniture ??? Interrupting our sleep. Yahya came to our room to verify the location…whatever he said or however he did it…the noise stopped!
The picture of the tea he offered was to allow me to have a peaceful sleep. The caring extend to me was deeply appreciated.

We were welcomed with a warm greeting. The staff were always ready to help and greeted every customer. The rooms were great and we made use of the terrace daily. It is in a brilliant location to go out and explore or find somewhere to eat.
Wouldn’t hesitate in returning to stay here again.

Beware: parking not on site. You will have to carry your luggage for about 2 blocks and up many stairs.
Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good with yummy fresh squeezed OJ.
The hotel is old and in need of a good remodel.
Location is walkable, very close to great shopping and dinning options. A good option for a one night stay.

The property was well-kept and the location cannot be beat, right next to Old Nice and next to Place Massena. The room I booked had a ridiculously small shower, specifically a shower door which I had to maneuver carefully to get in and out of, and that made it difficult to enjoy. I feel like the cost for the room, which was definitely not cheap, was not aligned with what I received. Beyond that though, the staff were amazing and I would consider staying there again if I were to be able to get a better deal on the room and with a proper shower :)

Wonderful, efficient staff. Excellent location.
The size of the room was disappointing. We had the Traditional Room. The bathroom and shower were tiny and there was very little storage space. It’s really worth asking for a room upgrade.
