Room in tip top conditions with free minibar in room n bottles of water. Fantastic experiences for my family visiting disneyland. All hotel resident has priority to enter park an hour earlier which is great. Only cons is no free shutter service to nearby shopping outlet /villages, which other hotels near the outlet shopping provides to disneyland. We hv to pay £6/pax instead.

Stunning hotel but this does reflect in the price. I do feel their should be improvements made to the swimming area as it should represent the quality and detail put into the rest of the hotel. Children were disappointed that their were no slides etc in the pool as it was boring.
The beds were very comfortable especially as I have a back condition.
Staff were lovely and very convenient location to access the parks.

Over priced average 5* main Disney hotel. Too big. Queues for a very average poor food quality breakfast. Fittings/panels not fitted properly to the bedroom walls even after refurbishment. Would never stay in a Disney hotel again. Food throughout Disney Paris overbpriced and poor quality.

Wonderful stay at The Disneyland hotel. The biggest perk is definitely being so close to the parks, with a private entrance into Magic Kingdom. We ate at both restaurants in the hotel, and both were outstanding

Poorly trained dining staff especially room service. Didn’t know menu. Clumsy in spilling our breakfast once delivered and then having to wait over 40 minutes for new food only for eggs to be raw. Complete shambles.
Then was over charged on room service bill for ice cream. I asked manager to call me on mobile as we were going out. They instead Called room. We were not in. Then they turned up at our door at 12.30am midnight !!! Idiots.
To top it off there was a huge fly in our ceasar salad. Didn’t surprise me as at breakfast in the restaurant at €45 each I went to pick some watermelon and a fly flew off it!
Overpriced and bad food. Expedia I am looking for compensation!!

Love staying at this hotel as it is right next to the park, don’t have to wait for any shuttle or walk far. Very convenient. Beautiful and everything you would want is right on site.
