Friendly and helpful staff, and a convenient location. There is no lift so carrying suitcases up and down the stairs can be a challenge, but it isn't too bad as you only have to carry them twice. The room had everything you could need, and breakfast was lovely

Great location next to the Centre de Pompidou and a 10 min walk to the Notre Dame. There’s a metro station just a stones throw away if you need it too. Friendly staff and they were very accommodating storing our baggage when we needed it. Would definitely recommend

Hotel could definitely do with an upgrade. Carpets need to be replaced and paper thin walls which allowed every sound possible to be heard. Staff were friendly and the location is first class but not good value for money I’m afraid.

Great stay

The bed was SUPER comfortable the place was so clean and the area was perfect. My only issue was that the shower was in a slanted alcove and I couldn’t stand up straight in it which for 3 night became an issue. Otherwise great

Room was on the third floor in attic. No lift, stairs were very uneven. I could not stand up on half the room. Great location forthe drag show opposite if thats uour thing.

Located in the heart of Paris, this hotel is perfectly situated for a visit to the city of lights. The room was rather cramped and me as a larger guy was barely able to fit into the 2.5 x 2.5' shower without scraping my belly on entry and exit... bending over is also a challenge, so don't drop anything in the shower. There are no elevators that I could see so we had to carry our suitcases up to the first level. The stairs are also weird. The floors are a bit like walking in a fun house as they are tilted in weird ways. The rooms are carpeted. Having said all that, the bed was comfy, the AC worked, we overlooked the street below. The store in front of us had this bright LED display that flashed inside all night.

Diana was very nice. The hotel is in a great location. There are shops and cafes all around. Also the Metro is steps away. The only issue is that there is no elevator.

We really enjoyed our stay in the D’win. We had two rooms in the property and they put us next to each other. The rooms were quiet no noise from the street….it is in the middle of a bustling area. The location is fabulous and so close to the Metro Hotel de Ville and a short walk from Metro Chaléte, so close to transport for getting around Paris if you don’t want to walk everywhere. This is a two star Parisian hotel so do not be expecting large rooms or immaculate decor, it does have however lots of charm, helpful staff and is so close to everything. We will definitely stay here again when.we return for another trip.

Everything was great. The reception was very helpful and the breakfast had good selection and was fresh. Just a min or 2 walk from the Hotel de Ville metro to take you where ever you needed to go. Will definitely recommend.

This hotel is in a good and convenient location. Easily walkable and close to the Metro. Staffs are kind and polite. The only thing I want to comment on is that there is no elevator in this hotel. It’s a lot of steps to take when you have big luggages. Other than that this hotel is okay.

Very good small hotel with great staff. They were very thoughtful as we lost an Airpod there and they helped us get it back!! Although simple, rooms were rather spacious and clean! Minor thing is the amount of stairs, not accessible and hard for people with heavy luggage.

Fantastic location walkable to everything. Cappuccinos machine was better than some nearby coffee shops. The building is really old but doesn’t smell bad and still feels clean. However, the bed was really uncomfortable and the bathroom couldn’t be any smaller. I’m a 150lbs female and I couldn’t move in the shower without banging my arms on the walls and accidentally turning of the water. The water also gets hot and cold frequently. You also have to side sideways on the toilet.

Good value for this hotel

Loved our stay here. Soooo convenient and in the heart of an by incredibly charming neighborhood. Less than a block from the Hotel de Ville Metro station. Free espresso and tea drinks 24 hours a day. Large room with separate bedroom for 2nd bed, felt like a small apartment. Staff even gave me masking tape to fix my sandal that fell apart, which lasted the entire day! Would definitely stay again and recommend D’win to others! Only note of caution: there is no elevator that I know of, so I don’t recommend it if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location was perfect, interesting neighborhood to walk around, and very close walk to two Metro lines, providing easy access to all sights everyone wants to see in Paris. Neighborhood felt safe and was close to eateries, bakeries, markets, restaurants and groceries. Be advised, it is in the middle of a very gay-friendly neighborhood. We discovered after we arrived that across the street is a well-known gay strip club, and there are various other gay establishments in the area. If you find that offensive, you may want to look elsewhere. The hotel itself is a really interesting old structure... a bit of a maze of stairs and hallways. No elevator for those who need it... we loved it! Be warned, the most cost-effective room (aka cheapest) room is tiny... very very tiny, but clean and adequate for those on a budget. We were upgraded to a larger room when there was an issue with the bathroom light fixture. It was quite nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, though not all speak English very well. We aren't morning folks, so we didn't try the breakfast. However, they offerred complimentary access 24 hours to their espresso & hot cocoa machine. Would definitely stay in this hotel again. It was perfect.

The hotel was exactly what I wanted. A quaint hotel right in the middle of Paris. Easily walked to Notre Dame, the Louvre, and easy access to the Metro. I paid very little to add daily breakfast and enjoyed a little expresso every morning before heading out on my adventures.

Location was near subway/metro and shopping restaurants. Staff services were OK. Facilities were too old. You would have a hard time to take a shower if you are over 200 lbs.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Room was clean, and housekeeping came by daily. Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Lots of stairs and you can easily hear all the footsteps lol, but not a bother for me. Good value for the price. Right next to the Hotel de Ville metro stop. I will stay here again!
