Absolutely wonderful experience and I would recommend everyone to stay at this hotel. It’s so well maintained and all personnel are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are in great condition, comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms and AC works well which is so rare when I travel to Europe. I can’t wait to come back one day

Hotel was very nice but room did not cool at night and do we opened the window for cooler air. People outside yelling till 4am so the nights rest was not good.

Nice room, spacious and confortable. Very friendly and helpful staff . Very close to the train station and walkable distance to the old town. Unfortunately, the area doesn’t feel too safe.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They had e-bikes to rent which was great! Very close to the train station and not too far from the attractions and restaurants.
Lots of water spilling outside the shower but not too much of an inconvenience.

This hotel is lovely. The service is excellent the rooms, though small, are well appointed comfortable, and modern. If you’re looking to stay in the old town, that is not where this hotel is. It is in the more modern section of the city. It’s not bad, but if you’re looking for the old town experience, this hotel is many blocks from that.

Great stay and amazing service! I really enjoyed my stay. The two things I'll say for improvement: One, they need chairs with BACKS, not just stools. Two, in my room, there was a white box on the wall (maybe 20 x 30 cm big) that was actually letting in cold air from outside. The concierge and I had no idea what it was or how to stop it so we just stuffed it with a towel. It was 0° outside so it was a problem.

The staff is very nice and makes you feel at home. Everyone working at this hotel was very friendly, smiling and helpful. Hugo (Front Desk) was amazing.
The Hotel does a great job selecting personnel and must provide training or coaching on the importance of great customer service.
We enjoyed the hotel HEBE and recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Annecy.
