Our room and bathroom were a good size, comfortable and very clean. Lovely hot water and bedding. Many cafes and restaurants within a short walk. Super convenient to the Louvre.

Hotel was a short block from the Louvre.It is a bit dated and in need of refurbishing. Beds are extremely comfortable and Bed linens lovely. The towels were a little on the thin side.
The staff were friendly and very helpful.

I was definitely disappointed that this is considered a four star hotel. There is not much of a lobby nor of any common area. The room is spacious, but the rugs are filthy. I even had to take a picture of them cause I could not believe how dirty they were the front desk. I can only say the women at the front desk. We’re not friendly or helpful almost as we were bothering them as we walked in or out or asked a question. This is a best a three star hotel, and that’s pushing it. Definitely not worth $300 a night. The maids also did not pay attention to detail didn’t refill the coffee didn’t refill the milk didn’t refill the shampoo
But the location was perfect walkable to almost anywhere shopping was terrific and food around the area was wonderful. With some very small modifications this could be a very charming hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a 4-star experience, but unfortunately, it fell short in several areas. The lobby was surprisingly small and cramped, giving off more of a budget-hotel vibe.
The carpets throughout the room were dirty and in dire need of cleaning or replacement, which made the place feel less welcoming.
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep, and the pillows were small and flat. There was no iron provided in the room. The location though was great.

Not really a 4 star hotel. Location is excellent but otherwise it has a narrow elevator that barely fits 2 people, pillows and mattress were very uncomfortable to the point that we had to use towels to avoid the morning neck pain. they don't have housing staff overnight so any request for blanket, pillows, towels, etc need to wait until the next morning. the sink in the bathroom had draining issues. I am really surprised that this has a 4 star rating. Will definitely not stay in this hotel again.

Last minute booking but was glad to find this place. It was located near the metro station which was very convenient. We wanted to stay near the Louvre museum and the high end shopping area so this was perfect. The hotel was nice and modern. The room including the bathroom was spacious which is hard to find in Paris. There is only one small elevator but it wasn’t too bad. We enjoyed our stay here and would again.
