Everything was great. I would've given 5 star if only the reception would've given me an explanation of the hotel, wifi, coffee in the lobby, shuttle times, use of the microwave and other things without me having to ask later on.

The hotel is Ok only for one night.

I’ve been using Expedia for many years and this is my very first negative review. When we checked in staff assigned us a room and gave us a key. We went upstairs and into our room. There is no inside lock on the door, so I hung the do not disturb sign on the door. About an hour later another guest used their key to enter our room. I explained that it was occupied and tried calling the front desk but didn’t get an answer. Frustrated, I placed a chair against the door. My wife and I took a shower and went to bed. In the middle of the night, hotel staff entered our room while we were sleeping! I yelled that we were in bed. After they left I got dressed and went downstairs to address the issue. They claimed that I was in the wrong room and it was my fault, in spite of me having the room card with the room number and the fact that my key they gave me worked. I’ve never had this happen to me before and it was very unsettling. Very unsafe. Do not stay at this hotel!

Arrived after 10:30 into Orly airport. The hotel shuttle was still running from Orly airport to hotel. Staff helped with checkin and breakfast was included. Clean room.

Ibis is so great for short stays. Awesome breakfast, comfy beds and the staff is super friendly.

The bed is an extra firm mattress. I guess it works for most people but for me I can't sleep on a slab.

Comfortable, quiet stay and great breakfast (croissants, meats, cereal, pastries, fresh fruit). It was a little hard to find the shuttle but from Terminal 4, go to stop #6 outside. The stop should have a sign for the airport hotels. Ibis is not close enough to walk to so you must take the tram or shuttle (about 5-10 min away). It is free and drops you in front of the hotel. Also, to get back to the airport in the morning, we used the tram. It was a short walk from the hotel and arrived fairly quickly. The room has a cute night light of the world on the ceiling. The breakfast area is nicely decorated with plenty of seating that looks like hot air balloons. Would stay again.

Very nice modern hotel with marvelous breakfast and very functional rooms. Transportation to Paris is 5 minutes walking away. Only three trains and one hour twenty minutes to Disneyland Paris. Very comfortable lobby area too.

I was scheduled for an overnight stay at this hotel and out the next morning for a connection. Arrived at 10.15pm, went to get the shuttle which never showed up ( it states until 11.40 pm on the website ). Then tried getting a taxi and none would take us. Then was told to walk or take a tram, by then it was 11.15 and we walked over a bridge by terminal 4 as it started raining and I was with my 10 yr old, we found another Ibis there and asked them, and they said it was a 10 minute further walk to get a tram to reach close to the hotel. At that point we were tired and didn’t want to drag my daughter and 4 luggage out again. So we just took a room at that hotel and slept the night. I’m not sure about the ibis style property but at night it’s not the easiest place to get to.

The hotel itself is good, nothing super concerning.. breakfast had lots of options, room is small but clean. I was just incredibly frustrated with the rudest shutter driver I have ever met. He literally mistreated everyone that was on the shuttle, drove like a complete psycho like if he was in a race, did not stop for people when they needed to either get in or get out. The second day we had a normal driver, thank goodness!

First thing I love about Ibis style hotel is their buffet breakfast selections and convenience to go to Orly airport, love that they have a shuttle service to Orly airport. When I booked this hotel, read so many reviews first and everyone that stayed love the breakfast. The only downside is getting to Paris, a little bit far and costs us a lot to do Uber or taxi for the 3 days we stayed.

This is hotel is the best, it's very clean, safe,quiet and easy to get around. Loved my stay and all staff that were there. Will go back again in the future.

Great value and staff really helpful. The free bus from Orly Tech airport only goes at certain hours, 4.30 - 11am and then in the evening 7.30-11.30 pm I think, better check timetable...otherwise there is the T7 tram which goes almost direct , worth checking the exact stop otherwise it's a long walk.. I would recommend and stay again . Leave time to get to and from airport. Other Ibis is closer but not as nice

Great location, clean, great deal. Fantastic breakfast!!! One of the best I ever had even at fancy hotels. Will stay again!
