Enjoyed the onsite restaurant for dinner and the breakfasts were amazing. This hotel is right across the street from a bus stop. Very convenient.

They require a deposit fee prior to arrival. Once you check in you pay for the full stay and the deposit is released 3-4 days after check out. They don’t tell you this prior to arrival. If you’re traveling on a budget be aware.

Very unique a fun lobby area with lots of cozy seating. Hallways seemed dated but room was great.

During the Christmas season hotels in the centre can be very expensive so this was a good value option with good transport links to the centre. We took a taxi once which was only €15 as well. Room was very comfortable and hotel bar area is lovely.

The rooms weren't well kept. Drains not working in the sink, kettle not kept clean.

Last minute plans to visit the Strasbourg Christmas Market left us with few reasonably priced choices. We were thrilled with our location - literally right across the street from the tram and only 4 stops from the market. The rooms are small, but very clean. We asked for tips about visiting the market and the front desk was extremely helpful. The convenient parking was an added bonus.

The staff were super helpful - I forgot an adapter and they kindly provided me with one free of charge.

Overall is good , good location , clean , but the breakfast is not recommended!

Good location, near Lidl and the Tram station. Breakfast was 12 Euro for very few options. Overall though the staff was friendly, helpful, and spoke multiple languages.

Hotel was excellent value for money, located a short tram ride from city centre. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful

Easy location from main route, staff were very accommodating and secure good parking.

Staff at reception were excellent - answering questions, giving us maps, helping with tram travel, calling us a taxi - very friendly and helpful!!!

We regularly visit Strasbourg for the Xmas Markets and have stayed at many different hotels. This was the first time at a Kyriad. At first we were pleased with our choice. So easy to get into town via the excellent Tram system. Warm welcome from the staff. Duvet covet had obvious burn marks on it so gave the wrong impression straight away. Although the item was clean they were willing to let their customers have this on their bed. Sends out the wrong signals. Breakfast was uninspiring and as I write I am trying to recover an overcharged account. Their records had us down for breakfast every morning of our 4 night stay. We had only had one breakfast. We will return to Strasbourg but may think twice about staying at a Kyriad however their price was very competitive

The hotel room was clean and functional, the staff was friendly. Nothing out of the ordinary or unusual. Hotel price was rather disproportional due to the European Parliament plenary week. Some light sleepers might get disturbed by the sound of the ventilation system in the bathroom which can be heard from the room.

Perfect for a one night business stop over. Wifi worked well and staff very helpful

Good location with convenient tram access to the city center. Service is good, but the restaurant was a little understaffed and there was quite a wait for those who came a little later for dinner. Generally quiet, with the occasional chatter along the hallway and noise from the luggage and people checking out/in.

Poor internet and interrior. Does not at all match the price tag it came with.
