We liked almost everything about the property particularly the attention and recommendations of the staff at the front desk.
They were most polite and went out of their way to help us.
We did find the accommodations rather small with little room for our luggage and space to move around.
Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

We really enjoyed our stay at le 12 Hotel. Near the Saint-Lazarae train station. The room was very nice, modern design, expected of course for this range of hotels, the only downside was that it is a bit small but manageable.
Super friendly staff, very kind.
We enjoyed our stay and we recommend it, and we would definitely stay here again. Well done le 12

Room was deceiving and beyond small. Couldn’t even leave my suitcase open as there was no room to open the door if I didn’t pack it back up when I was done getting what I needed from the bag. The shower was also tiny, was difficult to shave, turn around, etc. the hotel staff were nice however which made the experience fair

The staff were warm and welcoming and very friendly. Sarah and Cammile were so helpful and kind. The room was small but well laid out and the view from the balcony made it idea. We will definitley return to stay again. Thank you!

Walking distance with luggage to St Lazarus train station. Staff very accommodating Lovely breakfast. Only drawback is that the rooms are extremely small.

Staff is friendly and willing to help. Property is very nice and the rooms are clean and cozy. The hotel is very close to a train station with multiple lines making it easy to get around the city. Would definitely stay again if go back.

Great little boutique hotel, very friendly and helpful staff who can all speak excellent English. The room was lovely, very clean and bed was comfortable! Would highly recommend. Hotel was about 20-30 mins walk to most big tourist attractions but there was a bus/train/metro station a few minutes away

The rooms are small, it is normal in such a central Parisian neighborhood, my only minus point is you hear everything happening in the corridors but the staff is amazing: friendly, ready to help, and very pleasant especially Sarah!
