This was our first trip to Paris, the staff during our stay were fantastic, the facilities great and wow what a location. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Very clean, quiet and cozy hotel in a great area with easy access to several subway lines. Our room was small but that’s expected. We had a great view on a big Paris style street. The room was prestinely clean, the staff were very froendly and accomodating. Overall I loved tje experience and would come back here again.

We stayed three nights in Paris and the location of this hotel was ideal. Celebrating an anniversary was made even more perfect by staff member Madeline who arranged the decoration of our room, a room upgrade and a plate of Macrons.
The room was comfortable and had a free mini bar and balcony and also robes and slippers.
The ideal place to stay due to the quality of rooms, location and the exceptional staff.

Our hotel room was lovley and very clean the bed was comfortable and it was warm for the time we went. The hotel staff were absolutely brilliant we had asked if we could change rooms to one with a view and the gentleman gave us a few choices at no extra charge, the room service and continental breakfast was really lovely, i would definitely recommend this hotel especially if you want easy access to all the travel amenities as bus stops and metro was right outside the hotel.

Tidy hotel 5min walk from Montparnasse station.
Our room was small but functional (bathroom, kettle, small fridge) and soundproofed even though it was facing the street.
Friendly and helpful staff who offered to keep our luggage for the day while we explore the city. Would stay again.

Hi Expedia,
I was hoping you could help me with this one. I stayed at this Mercure and on the first night I stayed there someone broke into my room and stole 1000 Euros and my laptop while I was out.
On the next morning the hotel was everything but helpful and is still making a lot of trouble to show me the footage or show some consideration. I had to move hotels to feel safer and they can't even give me a report after I left. I believe they're stalling me to make this go away. Actually I heard that it wasn’t the first time this happened and it's clear they don’t have any control of who goes in the hotel whatsoever.
I was hoping I could be refunded but they don't even care :(
I don’t think I was ever this upset about a hotel before.
