I stayed here on a solo trip a few nights when visiting Paris including Disneyland. I was able to get everywhere in good time from the metro stations close by and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There are some lovely restaurants near too.

Easy walk to St Lazare and St Austin, clean, good value, plenty of places to eat. Overlooking courtyard was really quiet once terrace emptied.

Great location, the bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast included makes this a wonderful value for money.

I stayed for a night as I was returning to the United States the next day. This hotel is a hidden gem for travelers or people on business. Bed was comfortable so were the pillows. It was clean and warm ( it was quite cold in Paris last night !) The young man who welcomed me at the reception was wonderful helpful and very kind. It was so appreciated . When I left this morning early there was a younfg women who was equally welcoming. The area is perfect ! Bars restaurants shops of any sort .. central Paris and only 5 mins walk from the metro and rer and line 14 that runs throughout the whole city. Soooo convenient ! The next time I come back to my hometown ( am a Parisian ) I will definitely book with them again, I truly think you should book with them too you will not regret it. Happy trails !

Needs updating. Small rooms. Breakfast was just ok. Staff were great!

The hotel appears nicer in the photos than it actually is. The room was too small and the sheets had hair on them. If you are particular about cleanliness, and you are looking for a decent hotel this may not be the best hotel for you.

its quiet and good. The room size is tight which is typical of Paris. Bathroom is ok size. But overall good.

For the recent Olympic summer games, I stayed here for 3 days. The daily room rates were among the cheapest in the area. Every one of the employees that worked the front desk were all very nice and will greet you as you walk by. The location was extremely convenient. The Liège station was very close by where you can catch the 13 Métro line. The Gare Saint-Lazare train station was only a few blocks further south. However, there were a few of drawbacks with my room. The weather was very warm and my room did not have air conditioning. The room did come with a fan to help a little. You can open the window for some cold night air, but bugs will inevitably fly into the room. The restroom was very tiny with everything crammed into a very cramped space! I could not take a shower without my elbows hitting the wall. I could barely sit on the toilet without my knees being up against the wall. The elevator/lift had barely enough room for 2 people without their luggage. Overall, the place was adequate for my short trip. However, if you're a big person, I would look elsewhere.

Room was small.. but to be expected in Paris for that price point. Also elevator quoted 4 people but so many rude guests would push you out.. citing too many people. I guess they thought they were fat enough to cover the 4 people and 1/2 tonne limit:-/… Other than that.. easy shopping, breakfast options, transportation galore … it was perfect!

Property is a great location for 1 night. The hotel is basic and a little dated with no aircon but friendly staff and convenient for public transport

Friendly check in staff, basic room very small bathroom, bed was comfortable to sleep in no air conditioning very hot room in the summer time but a fan was supplied, but as base for my olympics trip at a cheap price can't complain, metro train and restaurants right next to hotel.

Nice and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Beds are comfortable. VERY SMALL room: no space to put the luggage not mentioning to open it so it is not on the way and has to be stepped over somehow. Area designated for hanging clothes is unreachable (have to climb on top of the bed where the pillows are and reach high inside for not detachable hangers - who designed it???), so not really functioning.

Liked the closeness to Liège metro station, not far from Place de Clichy métro either. Breakfast choice was adequate. However, the lack of a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee at one own's convince was disappointing. Room was perfectly adequate, bed was comfortable and room facilities were okay. Lots of stairs to negotiate though, both to room (107) and up and downstairs to breakfast room. For a man in his late 60s suffering from arthritis in knees and hip and a respiratory cardiac condition it was a struggle. Other than that, I was happy with the New Hotel, Saint Lizare and would recommend it for those not too fussy and on a budget.

Close to metro stations and local restaurants and shoppes

It is a small hotel very well located, just one block from a Metro station and you can go from there to all the main tourist attractions by just traveling 3 or 4 stations. The shower is very small, but water is nice and with a lot of pressure. The breakfast selection is adequate and always on time.

Convenient friendly easy stay

Great value for money, good location. Perfect for what we needed a comfortable bed after a busy days sightseeing and the shower was always hot and very powerful. Staff friendly and helpful.
