Reservation at Noella’s Suite from 09/30/2022 to 10/02/2022, an amount of €175 was taken on 09/15/2022, otherwise it wouldn’t be fun. For my birthday, my friend had planned a weekend in Lille. We come from 92 in Ile-de-France, I will spare you the mileage and toll charges in the comment. It turned into a nightmare. Once we arrived at the address around 10:00 p.m. – 10:05 p.m. (5, rue de la Monnaie, Lille), in the rain, in the cold and with a puppy who was getting impatient, we had not found the building indicated, we We turned by car, searched on foot (so we were soaked). It was only at precisely 10:41 p.m. that we received a message via booking “Hello, the accommodation is not available, there must be an error”. Obviously, I called Madame and we found it strange that she didn't answer us, and what's even more bizarre is that Madame Sandra, who didn't answer the phone, was FILTERING our calls. I called more than 10 times (13 with my cell phone and almost 4 with another), in vain... But I had the good idea to call him hidden the next day and in ONLY ONE TIME, Mrs. finally picked up on the phone, with an excuse from “different platforms”, I just reminded him of the facts, a reservation which was made on 09/15/2022 with deduction of the amount of the 2 nights therefore precisely €175.52, no reaction from on his part, silence, and once again the excuse of another platform, an inadmissible and unacceptable excuse knowing that the reservation was made 15 days in advance. I thank Booking for their professionalism because I was reimbursed but not the accommodation which we took around 11 p.m. out of spite. I want you, Comment Readers, to know that this situation is not going to end there and that a complaint is in progress and that a call with consumer associations is also in progress in order to be reimbursed and especially HIGHLIGHT the dishonesty of this odious woman.
