Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests planning to arrive outside of normal check-in hours must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions and lockbox information. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance. Guests can choose to either self-clean the property prior to check-out, or pay an additional cleaning fee of EUR 45 (exact amount varies) at check-out. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests can pick up their keys from 4 PM to 8 PM on Saturday and from 5 PM to 7 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Wednesday. Guests who anticipate arriving outside of these hours should contact the property directly at least 48 hours in advance to make alternative check-in arrangements. Reception hours vary seasonally. From May to November, reception hours are 9 AM - noon and 5 PM - 8 PM, Sunday - Friday; 8 AM - noon and 4 PM - 8 PM on Saturday. From December to April, reception hours are 9 AM - noon and 4 PM - 7 PM, Sunday - Friday; and 4 PM - 8 PM on Saturday. Reception hours are 8-11 AM and 5-8 PM Sunday-Friday and 8 AM to noon and 2-8 PM on Saturday.
