The staff was lovely. What I may have missed in the reviews is two primary issues. 1. The hotel is used to house refugees, no issues with that other than they are on different floors but were extremely loud above my room. 2. The internet had massive bandwidth in mid afternoon but at night couldn't even support a Zoom video. Too much demand, impossible to do anything but email.

Hotel room was a bit tired looking. Air con unit was broken and heater barely worked. Comfortable enough for a short stay.
Staff were very nice and helpful though and the restaurant a la carte menu was amazing.

HORRIBLE 😒 DÉCONSEILLE 😒😒 pas de l eau chaude, le pommeau de douche coule doucement ,le recevoir de douche bouchée,chauffage fait le bruits de seche lignes on arrivé pas a dormir,HORRIBLEEE la nuit a 100 euro j'ai jamais vu ça après une journée passée dans le froid vous vous douché avec de l'eau limite froide et on vous dit que il faut vous réveiller plutôt pour prendre la douche JE RÊVE

Nettes Hotel für ein oder zwei Nächte, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer war sehr einfach, das Badezimmer hat eine Wanne, der Einstieg zum Duschen ist nicht optimal.
Das Frühstück ist recht einfach, der Kaffee grauenhaft.
Busverbindung in die Innenstadt fußläufig.
