Good apartment, very spacious, extremely convenient for family of four. Staff were friendly, and helped as much as they could with the questions we asked. Stay, breakfast, price of hotel and level of service are as expected from this rating of an apartment. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day (please note you have to inform them a day before). Paris central is 40mins train ride. All good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our bathroom sink and they didn’t hesitate to resolve the issue and upgraded our room. Recommended, budget friendly!

Very good hotel for price and convenience, only 40minute train to Paris. Easily accessible from airport. However, some discolouration/ stains on one of the pillows and blanket and also only given one big towel for 2 people. The cutlery had some minor stains and there wasn’t any dish sponge to wash them with. Overall very good hotel for price and convenience with couple minor issues. Definitely recommend

It is 20 minutes to the airport. Not easy to find a. Taxi, the hotel and stuff is okay and everything there is average, for its price and for me as I spend only 1 night it is okay, but they need to take care more of the cleanliness of there rooms

No water bottle, no shower gel, shampoo neither hand wash. Reception told me to have a bottle but return it back as I will steal there asset. Purchased my own shower gel and utilise it. No air conditioning some power plugs not even working.

We booked this primarily because they had air conditioning. After the first night the property management turned it off saying it was cold outside. We were not the only ones to complain about this. They refused to turn it back on.
The breakfast breads were stale and the fruit was old looking.
Don't depend on washing clothes, their appliances are old and it took three times as long to dry a small load.
Front desk help was hit and miss.

Fairly basic hotel, rooms clean however too hot with no way of controlling the Temperature, gym fine, breakfast decent. When asked reception if there were any options, told to open the balcony door, which wasn’t practical all night due to the noise. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, as long as you like a very warm bedroom then everything else is fine.

Very pleased with our 5 day stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, rooms and public areas clean. Room facilities very useful to prepare a meal after a long day out. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would have no hesitation in staying there again.
