This hotel was amazing! Super quiet and an easy 15 minute walk to a U Bahn station to take you directly into Munich’s old town. Can’t recommend highly enough! The staff are a credit to this property.

Great staff. As an American visiting Munich, I walked about 20minutes to the subway and was in the center of Munich rather quick.
Staff was great to me and there was always one person there that spoke English.
Nice bar and restaurant on premises.

The shower only has half a shower door so water gets all over the floor. The AC unit DOES NOT work, at all! We set it as low as it would go and we were still sweating ours butts off all night. So much sweat that we were soaking the bedding. The unit sounded like it was on but no air was actually coming out and that was the case for both of the rooms we had. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean.

Was a nice hotel, good location.
Poor tea and coffee facilities and fridge wasnt cold at all.
Air conditioning wasn't very good either.
Room was nice size and comfortable. Staff were generally nice, but sometimes a little unhelpful.

The bar and restaurant was closed for the five days we stayed there and you could only have breakfast - there was an area to buy drinks and snacks but after a long day out it would have been nice to get back for a meal and a drink.
Staff I met were friendly and the rooms are ok

We booked a 6 rooms as group. They downgraded one of our rooms where nothing was working. We requested multiple times to change our hair dryer, nobody cared. They didn’t move us into our original room booked and didn’t compensate us for the downgrade

Staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. There isn't much around the hotel, but it's quiet and safe, 20 minute drive to the city center.
