The hotel was nice and a huge thank you for the receptionist who was trying to help us finding a garage for our broken car to get fixed. It was a really stressful day but that helpfulness and kindness from him was highly appreciated. Thank you!

Bath/shower door was not very effective at keeping water off baa as thrombosis floor. Room door did not close completely without determined effort but would appear closed and bathroom door would self close unless opened to extreme. Humidity in room was uncomfortably low and ability to alter the temperature was not obvious. Extra blanket would be helpful. I prefer using having wash cloth for bath.

Staff need to be trained to deal with the customers in professional way . I have been a long loyal customer with this hotel since more than 5 years . Now i am seeing low quality ,trained un welling staff who are unwelling to serve the guests. I hope the top managment will bring the old male rececption staff who were fanatastic . Overall services are OK . However the most important and first impression comes from the reception .Sorry to say i am considering another hotel for my next trips.

Check-in and check-out were quick and all staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel lobby also looks very suave! The rooms were spacious with comfy beds and housekeeping was to a high standard each day. Also lots of space for suitcases and belongings. Windows opened fully which was great but as my room faced the hotel front, the noise from the bar directly below was a nuisance in the evenings. I didn't like that i only had one pillow and a single duvet for the double bed. Bathrooms were well-stocked woth toiletries and additional towels were given when requested each day. I did notice that the breakfast room was not very clean and looked quite old, but the range of food was amazing! Location- wise the hotel is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood with close proximity to the U Bahn and to the shops, there is Penny/Aldi/Rewe/Bakeries nearby for groceries. Was rather displeased when the fire alarm went off suddenly at 4am, no staff were present so no one knew quite what was going on but the fire services came eventually and all the other guests slowly went back in after about an hour. Overall brilliant stay, with great service and comfort, would definitely recommend.

Nice clean hotel, quiet, good breakfast, comfortable bed. We only stayed one night. It’s a shame the parking is not free for the guests. And there is no kettle in the room. It feels more like a 3 star but overall it was a good and comfortable stay.

I was visiting a friend that lives nearby. The hotel was very convenient as I was able to walk to my friends flat and to the tram station very easily. Breakfast was very nice. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. Very clean.

Fantastic property and very modern look and feel. I was most touched by the gesture of the front desk staff member, Abanoz. Being very jetlagged I was up quite early and came downstairs to see if the breakfast buffet was open to pick up some tea. Since it was your yet to open, he took the additional effort of going into the kitchen and prepare a cup of tea for me.
