It would have been nice to have been told what the wifi was and shown around a bit. Check-in was pretty easy, and the people were nice. I think depending on where you are in the hotel you can hear the church bell, it is really loud. Other than that it was a comfortable stay and the view was stunning.

Unfortunately we experienced a bad loud night due to a guest incident. Overall the room and bathroom were very tiny. It suited the purpose for one night. The location is the best feature.

Hotel location is good as near the prime center. However the room is too small. Also not convenient as need to carry luggages for many steps and lift is too small to handle my luggages with two persons together. A surprise with good views at the top of the hotel and price is reasonable with food provided.

The location is superb. Everything is walking distance and all the top bars are within 3- 10 minutes walk. Met 4 staff separately, all are warm and hospitable. Bedsheet a bit worn out, but it's clean. Same as the toilet and room, don't look fancy but still clean. View with acropolis is kind of a surprise for me. But seems not every room can view that.
The price is really budget. So there's some downside.
1. Next to a church which rings the bell every 30mins, yes, even at midnight, 3am, etc.
2. Shower pressure is poor. It should be easily fixed by changing to other pressure boosted shower head.
3. WiFi is super slow. We are in 2024 now, I hope they can improve this.

The hotel is located in a strategic location; half way between Syntagma and Monastiraki metro stations, steps from Ermou shopping street and directly next to the Holy Metropolitan Church. The view from the Terrace is amazing as it overlooks both the church and the Acropolis. This is a rare find in Athens.
The Staff are friendly, attentive, and accomodating.
The hotel itself is basic; a kettle is provided upon request ,the shower water is hot, the bed is comfortable. The elevator, though outdated, functions just fine and I could fit with both my suitcases. It is no different than ones found in old buildings in Europe. Facilities do require maintenance and I already knew that before booking the hotel. That did not pose an issue for me.

Overall this property is conveniently located near everything. Shopping, dining and transportation. My only con about this property is that the room was a bit small, however after we figured out how to work around this then I would say we loved everything else.

I'm not picky about hotels as I usually use them only a nice shower and a good sleep after a busy day. The location was amazing and the view to the Acropolis from the rooftop was perfect!
However, our room was not cleaned properly. There was hair on our bedsheets, makeup marks on the duvet cover/blanket.
The mattress is really old and smelly, it was yellow! Needing a change asap.
The pillows were old and yellow and had a thin pillow sheet with tears and stains on it.
The bathroom is tiny and kind of dark. Needing some lights in there.
The room was also dark.
The good point was that even being in a busy area, the window is new and has a good soundproofing.
It had AC, which was good too.
Other than the cleaning issue and the lack of lighting... It's an okay hotel for 1 night.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator... It's interesting haha.

The hotel has a prime location, walkable to all touristic sites. The staff very helpful. Between the church bells and the restaurants in the street, it was very noisy at night. The bedroom was clean and the linin very good. Very small rooms, very small shower, our luggage's stored in the small balcony. Transportation service excellent (Pick up at the airport didn't work) but transfer to the airport was punctual. for one person is fine, but for a couple it is almost impossible.

The staff were quick to get you moving from entering the property at check in to the breakfast cook being loud setting up the breaky in the morning. I went to check the breakfast place, milk was temperature warm… scary!
The rest was fine, slow WiFi but close to everything.

This property is in a great location. However, it is more like a hostel than a hotel. Rooms are extremely small and lift is equally tiny. This was our first time in Athens so was unfamiliar with the city. The hotel is inexpensive for the area but you get what you pay for. If you just want a place to sleep this is for you. If you want any amenities it’s not the place for you.
