The location is great and the owner seemed friendly. As you can read from other reviews, bad doesn't even remotely describe the rooms. The worst part for us though, was that we were charged almost 100€/night, which is absolutely insane for this "hotel" - no breakfast, no nothing.

Such a nice lady, very nice rooms and not expensive. And rooms for 3 people. We came after the bad weather(no water on Skiathos) and she gave us waterbottel for free. So nice. We are the "no name" ladys. Thanks for everything

Everything you need from a holiday room, clean, pleasant and comfortable. The owner is lovely and friendly. It is far enough from the main part of town to be quiet at night, but it only takes a few minutes to walk to the harbour. We'd definitely stay here again.

Kiria Rania is a very friendly and welcoming hotel owner. The rooms are good size, very clean and with good air conditioning. Location is good. It’s less than a 10min walk to the old port.

I can't understand most of the reviews here. What do you expect from a place with cheap accommodation, which is in the center of an island? The room for the money is fine. Ours was clean, both the sheets and the bathroom. Mrs. Rania very kind and Nefeli the same, very helpful, whatever we needed she helped us. Yes, it's nothing wow here, but it's a very good choice if you're on a budget. If you want something wow with breakfast etc in the center of an island then you should find something with more money
