The hotel and staff was pretty good, old hotel but good maintenance, beautiful view from my room because I booked harbour view and great location near from k11 mall.

Shangrila is the best. Have a pleasant stay here. Huge room, spacious bathroom, complete amenities including welcome fresh fruit on arrival. Generous drinking water available in room. Great breakfast, plenty of food and choices. All staff super friendly and helpful. Special thanks for housekeeping team, we really appreciate the cleanliness. Location was very strategic, a step out from East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station exit door. We will definitely come back to Shangrila whenever we visit Hongkong in the future. I strongly recommended this hotel for everyone!

1 of the best hotel and staff from all aspects. We arrive early for check in, but because the room is not ready yet the reception gave us 4 lounge coupons for complimentary drink. Staff is so professional and super friendly. It’s like my perception about hongkong people is rude cannot be applied in this hotel. Location superb just a few steps from east tsim tsha shui MRT, so many shopping centres and restaurants nearby. It’s in the heart of kowloon. Room is excellent, so spacious and clean. Bathroom is big and the breakfast is excellent with so many food choices (they even give you free flow of haagen dazz ice cream.)

This accommodation is very good, friendly service, there is a Qibla direction for Muslims, the MRT is only 1 minute away, to the center of Tsim Sha Tsui is only 15 minutes if walking, close to the bus terminal center, just crossing to the Avenue of the Star, cleaning service he always asks if the room wants to be cleaned, the bathroom is very very big for the size in Hong Kong, the room is very spacious for a room 5 people still fit it seems, the toiletries are very small, it feels like not going out of the room and not going home because it's too comfortable and feel at home.
