Le Prabelle Hotel

Very easy to find. Easy access by MTR and bus. Pretty clean. Beautiful view if you order the city view room and in high floor. Standard facilities. All the staff were very helpfull and can speak English well (this is so important). Near 7-11 and many food also shopping centre around hotel

Clean room & staff very helpful, Near to MTR Prince Edward sta., 7-11 next to the hotel.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to MTR exit C2. Across the road, walk a bit, there are 7-11 beside it. There are restaurants around, a bit walk. The staff are all lovely. The view of the room is very beautiful. There are 2 elevators. Fast. Good. When going up to the accommodation floor, have to touch the card in the elevator before pressing. But there is a downside to having to deposit 1500 HKD quite a lot.

Clean hotel, very strategic location.

The room is clean and roomy. The staffs are very nice but Prince Edward MTR station Exit C2 hasn’t escalator so if you have a big luggage will not comfort for moving luggage.

Polite staff, helpful service The neighborhood has good restaurants. Traveling to the train is not difficult.

Its our pleasant stay for our holiday in Hong Kong so far. About the hotel, check in process was quick and the hotel staff are very helpful. We got the room on the 13th floor is a premium suite king size bed. Surprisingly is only 2 rooms in our floor. Room is spacious for 3 adults 1 child and 1 infant. We have 2 big bags and 3 medium bags with stroller and we still had enough space. In the room has the small refrigerator, desk and it has 2 toilets with 1 shower. Television mostly with the local channels (we don’t really concern about this as we mostly back to hotel at night). Location, is very convenient close to bus station and MTR. Just get the A21 bus from the airport and stop at Arran Street and walk less than 5 minutes to get to the hotel. Or with MTR exit c1 from Prince Edward Station. Food all around this place. Convenient store such as 7/11 next to the hotel, 24hrs McDonald 5 min to walk. We definitely will come back for our next trip to hongkong!

It was worthy staying at Le Prabell Hotel. The staffs were really nice and they provided a good services. Moreover, it was really easy to travel around Hong Kong from this place because it was located near a MTR station and also a bus stop. There are lots of food stores and restaurant near here, so don't need to worry about eating stuffs. I was really enjoy spending time at this hotel.

Clean, neat hotel, not noisy and comfortable for families. On the left there is a drink shop. And on the right side of the hotel there is a food sale that is quite affordable. There is a21 bus from the airport down near the hotel.

The hotel is located close to MTR. Many restaurants. Next to 711. Great location. The rooms are spacious enough for hongkong size. But unfortunately the hotel only has 1 baby cot, so we don't get baby cots that we have requested since the previous few months. We just got a baby cot on the 3rd night or our last night. And the hotel does not provide a comb in the room and I have asked that it is not available. I think the comb is the standard of the hotel. I also request for a complimentary birthday for my baby, but the hotel does not have a policy for that. Not even a birthday card. What a shame. During this time I stayed at another hotel, there was always a complimentary birthday. Luckily there is a Jimmy Cake Shop near the hotel, we can provide birthday cake for our baby. And the cake is very delicious.

The room looked exactly as it is in the pictures - spacious, homey, and clean. It’s the best hotel room we’ve had in our 5th trip to HK. Definitely will book there again.

great staff, great location but the bath room is suitable for disabled person

it is quadruple room with 4 single beds which are adequate for 4 of us as family. this room is quite spacious for family. though there is no breakfast provided, we could easily have breakfast very near from the Ming Kitchen and other if we walk further. the only problem as we bring 5 suitcases, the suitcases should be brought directly to the lobby located on 7th floor. overall, we are happy to stay here.
