Very happy to stay at Novotel, good location, easy access all around in Ahmedabad. Nice ambience & very friendly staff. Rooms & corridors are very clean. Well spread breakfast & delicious too.

The hotel is crowded, only the service is very bad. I was given a room with a broken bathroom and they were told to fix it, but they did nothing. The phone in the room does not work. The laundry is bad, no one answers. Only one person was helpful, Mr. Inket.
