Staff and service was 5 star but WiFi barely works, gym is outside and not usable because of the pollution, food is mediocre, and hotel feels dirty for a five star hotel. Wouldn’t recommend.

Rooms need an upgrade, staff is friendly and do their best at all times even though we were at a peak wedding season. Cleanliness can be improved. Food is value for money but needs support eg sambar is tasty but not served hot. Ditoo idlis at breakfast buffet.

Comfortable stay for parents. Some issues were there with room temperature, as it was low. However Premium room had option where thermostat was turned down and heater was provided. Breakfast was great.

Front desk staff uncooperative. Access to rooms is through a passage where other guests are eating/ drinking, partying. Its terrible to find way through. The toilet do not have ventilation so smells. Hotel is dumping garbage across fence which can be seen from top floors and it looks uncivilized. My iPhone was missing on 27 Nov and I was told by Duty Manager, Front desk staff said its not found. I traced the iPhone using a app and it was found with hotel staff. It moved from 300 m to 1 km from Hotel over night that can be seen from app-support. I should have approached police and filed a case on hotel. Many young people look stressed out and do not smile at customer and uncooperative. Internet speed is poor, slow. This is against hospitality industry basic ethics. Overall I had a terrible experience.I would like to request part refund. This feedback is given for improvement and not other purpose, no revenge.

This hotel is an exceptional choice for business travelers. The property is huge. The rooms are large and the dining is great. What makes it wonderful however is the staff there.
They are so helpful and eager to serve. Yogesh and Chetan were both great with their help, whether it was with the luggage or restocking the rooms with water. I also want to give a shout-out to Girish, the manager. he was very helpful. I would recommend going for premier room ( NOt deluxe) I also suggest you try to book directly with the hotel. The rates may be better.

The hotel smells bad and looks shady at best. I immediately checked out of this property after seeing the room. They didn't even refund my money but I wouldn't expect any fairness from a Hotel that has such misleading description of their property. Stay very far away from this one!
