I'd highly recommend this hotel for those who are going to travel around Solo. It is located in the center of the city and very close to pretty much everything nice and worth trying such as culinary, shopping, and sight seeing. Across the hotel, there is a Batik Outlet, Danar Hadi. They sell beautiful Batik clothes ranging from very cheap ones to very expensive ones. The hotel is near to a church as well and also near to Malls. While I was there, it seems every destination is accessible and walkable. The room is huge and very clean! The bathroom is clean, the services were great. For the breakfast, I say it's pretty okay. they make great omelettes, there are cereals, bubur ayam (which sadly I think they didn't cook it as I preferred when I stayed at the time), rice with various side dishes, noodles, bread station, various juices coffee and tea, and putu (javanese traditional snack). I didn't try their in-hotel food but it looks delicious and the price were very cheap for hotel food. I'd give an overall score of 8.5/10 for my stay at Amarelo Hotel. Totally would stay here again!

Good location. Room aircon is alright, however need to improve lobby and hall way aircon temperature.

It 's my 2nd time staying here. Great hotel and friendly staff. Located in the center of the city. But it would be great if the hotel place a water dispenser in every floor for the guests.
