The hotel is in the city center, nice & clean. The staff is friendly. The room is clean & fragrant, the AC is cold, only the wifi is a bit slow. The menu in the restaurant is all delicious, many choices, the staff is very friendly. Next time I go to Surabaya, I will be here again

If it's a business trip, for hotel reservations, I'm the most picky about breakfast. It turns out that the breakfast here is always delicious, I stayed 2 days and the food was delicious. Requested the top room, but for the non-smoking area, I got it on the 5th floor. Overall, 4.5/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A hotel that can be a recommendation if you visit the city of Surabaya The location is close to the Tunjungan Plaza mall and close to the culinary center The view from the hotel in the morning can see Mount Arjuno from the hotel if it is sunny

I requested to clean my room when I leaved. But it not happened yet when I back to my room. I asked for mineral water and new towel but it come so long. Please increase your service. If you need more time or cannot do the job at that time just tell the guest from the beginning. So they will not dissappointed.
