The toilet tissue ran out, and I requested it to be refilled. However, no one came until noon. As I was about to leave, I also asked for the room to be cleaned, but when we returned at 10 PM, the room was still not cleaned, and the toilet tissue had not been refilled either. When I complained, they just apologized and asked me to wait, but we were very tired and traveling with a small child since it was already late at night. I asked to change rooms so we could rest quickly, but that was not possible.

The bed was tidy however the sheets were not as clean and white as I expected. The handle of the door of the shower was looking outdated and not taken care of.

12.30 must be check out, can't until 1pm. They said from the system. I was late check in 12 am and request check out 1pm but they said 12.30 max or they will charge you. Not recommended. The staff in the morning only 1 and can't bring the thing I request to the room.

Then in the morning guests requested package delivery but at that time the event was crowded, but however we still delivered the package.
