Air condition not strong enough, no wardrobe for hanging clothes, no hangers provided, water could not drain out, so bathroom floor is wet throughout the day and night. No router for wifi, is really, really a setback for one to stay. Throughout our 5 days stay, no one came to clean the apartment and change bath towels although I was informed someone will come and clean every 3 days. What is the purpose of requesting for a photocopy of our passport!! Demanding a deposit of IDR200, 000 is more than sufficient!! My first trip to Jakarta and with this type of accommodation, I find my stay very disappointing.

For the room, it's okay, there's a sofa bed and a refrigerator. However, the towels were damp/a bit wet from the start when I arrived, there were quite a lot of small cockroaches and no insect spray, it was a bit dusty too, there were spider webs, the AC was cold hot cold hot and a bit noisy,

The room is suitable for that budget, with the need for just sleeping.

I booked 1 studio room via Traveloka. Got a room on the Sapphire floor tower. 16 rooms 61. For 1 night use only. IN date. July 24 out July 25 2024. Because my brother died in RD. St. Carolus. I am quite satisfied with the unit I rented, but one thing you must pay attention to if you bring small children is the window, don't let your child play in the window without supervision! Overall all the facilities in the unit are good, there is hot water, hot water dispenser, refrigerator, TV, cold AC, fragrant room, shampoo & towels, gallon water. But there is no stove. Aparian staff are friendly and helpful. Then the unit faces the swimming pool for the view. For food, don't worry, you can go food or cross to the hospital food court. Carolus. Thank You.

The sofa is dirty, the mattress is unfit for use, soft and the bed sheets are worn out.
