Breakfast service really need to be improved, order sunny side up and need to check 3 times and still not done until I left the restaurant. Food taste and presentation are not good. Coffee from the machine are worst coffee. And waiter/s really not engage with guest

I have been staying in many Swiss Belhotel or Swiss Belinn branches. This one is supposedly perfect until I saw the dust on the black tray (see my picture). Also, the hair collected underneath the tray when I tried to move back the tray to create more space on the countertop. It means they didn't clean the that area meticulously. Quite disgusting when I found the hair underneath the tray! Again, it's supposed to be a perfect stay, until I checked out and I was asked (just like many other people who checked out after me), "did you drink the big mineral water bottle?" I was so surprised to be asked that. I said yes. And the receptionist told me that it was not free. I would be charged for that and she said it was 25k. I was so surprised and she said that it was written on the paper hung on the bottle. Clearly I saw the paper hung on the bottle but I was so tired last night when I arrived at the hotel and I didn't expect to be trapped that way. I mean why would you have such thing? You placed the 1L water bottle on the tray where you have 2 medium bottles for free and other items for free. I was so tired I didn't bother to read there's a price. I thought it was the same with the other 2 medium bottles that also got papers hung on the necks of the bottles. I thought it was just saying the brand of the hotel or some kind of possession of the hotel for services. Anyway, it was a bummer. I know it's only 25k but it could cost only 6k if you bought it on a convenient store. I'm not mad about the price. I even bought 180k worth of in room service meals. I was glad the meals tasted fine. But it's to show you how much I'm disappointed being TRICKED! PLEASE DONT DO THIS. I CAME FOR STAYING TO GET RELAXED. I DIDN'T KNOW I HAVE TO BE SO CAREFUL AND VIGILANT ABOUT THE ITEM YOU PROVIDE IN THE ROOM. I KNOW THAT IF YOU HAVE THINGS IN THE FRIDGE, THAT IS WELL KNOWN TO BE NOT FREE. BUT THIS BOTTLE IS PLACED ON THE TRAY WHERE YOU GOT OTHER STUFFS NOT CHARGED. I FEEL TRICKED!!!

I had a pleasant stay here. Delicious food, friendly staffs, comfy bed, warm water, and cold AC. Since I came here with my children, they gave me a room on the third floor because it is near to their playground. Afterall, this one is an affordable, great, and family friendly hotel, near to the city center and many attraction places. Would love to return soon.

staff is very friendly and helpful room is clean and comfy just some of jacuzzi features is not available

All good. The room even has a mini fridge and it worked well. So yeah everything is good here. Maybe if I can give advice, the F&B staff needs to add some eggs on the menu for breakfast.

I arrived at 4 pm and the room are not ready so I still need to wait for around 20-30 minute
