I requested a happy anniversary card but the staff not only prepared the card, they also draw the bathroom glass with some wishes in which I found amazing. It is truly a great moment staying at Park5, will surely visit again.

This is the second time I have stayed here, I chose this hotel again, because the room atmosphere was perfect. Clean and tidy. Ask for a high floor room with a view of Jalan Simatupang, AMAZING. Great location with friendly staff.

I have stayed many times on Picasso, and have quite well experience. I always have a smoking room in here, the staff is great and helpful even for a late check-in. The security guys is well-mannered and helpful.

Kristal Hotel are always be my first choice whenever I would like to have staycation with my family and friends. Their staff, location, facility and food are perfect! 😊.

The staff very friendly and accommodating easy access and near from the city, nice place overall.
