Cheap Hotels in Lubuk Baja

Good location for stay near center of City and good for business trip.

Room 304 was spacious, clean and provides basic amenities such as toothbrush, shampoo, shower gel, 2 bottles of water. 5 mins car ride to Nagoya hill. Price was affordable with simple breakfast. Soundproof can be improved, you can heard people talking outside the door and the sound of the aircon compressor is very loud as the window cannot close fully make the sound even louder.

Electricity was tripping for some times.

We booked for deluxe room, bt they upgraded to junior suit for free, which more spacious & convenient. Also, a lot of food variety for breakfast. Clean swimming pool. Spacious lobby & carpark. Recommended for stay with family.

This is my second stay here. I like the location as it is next to a shopping mall. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Room is clean, much better than the apartment side of the hotel.

1. Only UK plug sockets (3 holes) that are provided in the room, no option for devices that need EU plug sockets (2 holes) as most of indonesian devices have. Must be prepared because the hotel won't lend you one. 2. No towel if you don't ask first. 3. The bathroom is well clean, but mostly of the interior is old. You can see it from the its wall and lift. Even the shower is a bit broken, its hose is easily detached. 4. Bed cover is a bit dirty as there are stains on it. 5. Afterall, the accessibility to anywhere is easy and their staff is quite friendly.

Room no 228 partly not able to turn, bathroom no hanger for hanging clothes no restaurant, sad the service very poor, regret staying compared to before covid time was to good, but know very bad.

Staff was friendly. Concierge was prompt when collecting luggages from the room. Hotel was old, Room was not as clean for a 4 star hotel, stained bedsheet, aircon was dripping water suspect aircon filter dirty and not clean. Overall stay for 1 night transit was normal like any 3 star hotel. Traveloka should change it the hotel star rating to 3 as this isn't a 4 star hotel standard.

Hotel was near the main road, and for a family room is only located one floor below the club, you can imagine the noise untik 4am, mix with car sound, sound proof need to be increased. Don't expect much with the facilities and room, you pay less than average hotel room in the city.
