Good choice for you that needs a comfort and cozy hotel. Also, they have great taste of food.

Air conditioner not functional very well.

No hot water for bathing，the bed is dirty

I had arrived at 14:40 the check in time written was 14:00. They did not have my room ready and the check in process was made unbelievably slow. I have stayed in other Best Western outlets and have never had this problem. Very unprofessional service an apology without any form of compensation is worthless.

Good stay, love the room! But the ac is not cold during my stay there.

Staffs are friendly but there are no non smoking room.

It's near transjakarta and had their own starbuck at the lobby which is very helpful for grab a quick coffe
