Overall I am satisfied with the room. The facility is as its price. But the location is very convenient due to very closed location to the Sudirman BNI city stasiun (for access to Soeta Airport). Getting food is no problem as many warungs are located near the hotel. The staff are also very nice, I booked through app at 09.20 am for the same day stay and no problem et all during my check-in at 2.00 pm

Super strategic location, exactly behind the plaza BII tower 3, near sarinah and super close to sari bundo padang resto and also kokuo reflexology timor. Yet it is a quite and cozy environment. Super eazy to get street food which scattered around the hotels. The room is clean and cozy, TV cable channel's is good, shower and hot water and AC runs well, toilet is clean, towels, slippers, coffee and tea and electric kettle are available. The price is so affordable compare to every facility in the room. Will comeback for sure.

Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta

Decided to stay here in order to celebrate our 7th wedding anniversary. The staffs are very pleasant & friendly, esp the restaurant manager Mba Yuni who gave us take away dishes for our son's lunch and interacted kindly with our son, ThankYou Mba Yuni❤️ Breakfast was so tasty esp with Bubur Ayam HI, Lontong Sayur, Sushi, and The Pastries. The Hotel location very close to city centre, accessible to Grand Indonesia Mall, We also were provided compliment such wedding anniversary set up with perfect view from both our bedroom & bathroom. The imperfectness came from room's cleanliness, we found dusts and a little spider web under and in the corner of furnitures, hopefully they will improve in the next days. Considering will be back to stay at the hotel in our next special day. Thank You Hotel Indonesia Kempinski💕

The worst hotel that I ever saw! I cannot describe anymore in detail. Overall, the picture is not real in the real condition so I cancel to stay even I've bought the room.
