This's not the first time I stay in this hotel & I always love this hotel. Check in & check out process was so fast, all the staffs were so nice & friendly. The room was so comfy & clean. The food also delicious. This hotel really one of my favorite in town. I definitely will come again & spend time with my family in Aston Makassar Hotel. Keep up the good work & excellent services.!

I had a pleasant stay right from the check in process during stay until check out. Everything went smooth. The hotel had a good standard of health protocol. They have air purifier in each lifts, most of all I really enjoyed the breakfast till now I felt like only aston had a great breakfast among others keep it up! Not only the taste but also the fresh of the ingredients from outlook totally different from others.

Aircon temperature not cold enough, service maintenance came, check and said it is normal at 25 deg C. We had hard time sleeping in a warm. Room.

though the deluxe room we were stayed in is a bit old but tidy and clean. have fridge but the tv is actually need to be repaired. the screen has a permanent white line at the bottom. the staffs are friendly. hotel area was clean. the breakfast was vary and taste good i have stayed in many hotels in makassar for staycation, this one's really good. would like to stay again some othee time.

The breakfast was very good, the staff were nice and friendly, the pool was clean and safe for kids, all the people and facility were nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our staying so far. Thank you Aston 🫶🏻.
