One of the strategic hotel in Palu! Overall, the service is good but maybe my concern only bottle water since they didn't provide it anymore on the room. Anyway, good job for Aston Palu Hotel.

I left my room at 9.00 am and didn't return until 2:00 pm. On return, I found that my room was not cleaned. I told the front office about it. The front office did not apologise but was told that I did not inform housekeeping that I needed my room to be cleaned. A back room executive came out. Front office told her about the incident. She went back without apologising. Nice hotel but service sucks.

It 's a business hotel in the middle of town. A lil bit far from mall but easy Access to some government offices. Room is clean but they need more doormats in front of Toilet door. Bed is comfort dan clean. Check in process was smooth and fast but the check out service was really bad, we have to wait long.
